I had to return this pillow. It's super soft. I was able to roll it back up and put it back into the plastic bag and accompanying box to return. Yes, it was that soft. At first, I didn't mind that, but when I tried the pillow, the head side would not go down to properly support my neck. I've got two other cervical pillows, so know how it should feel. But despite the softness, I could not get proper neck support - it was too high.
