Have been using this for about a month now. Will admit it has helped with my neck pain, but definitely takes a LOT of getting used to. Cant easily roll over in the night, is a minus for me. Cover of the pillow is very slippery so my pillow case keeps sliding off. Keep forgetting to buy a zippered one, would probably help with that. I am a side sleeper always and have a bad shoulder, so I have to just sleep on my right side. It has softened up a bit since I got it, very firm to start off. ... show more
