I toss and turn, usually rotating from back to side sleeping throughout the night. My problem is I'm a larger man with wide shoulders, so I've never found a pillow which is high and stiff enough for my side sleeping, while also being shallow enough to allow me to sleep on my back without my head being elevated super high. This thing looked crazy and not practical at all in the pictures, but I was willing to try anything after waking up for a month straight with shoulder pain. Two nights in and it's an amazing difference. The dimples allows me to sleep on my back while supporting my neck and head, while the 'wings' allow for side sleeping without needing an arm under my head to prop up the pillow. I've had no back, neck or shoulder pain two night in a row. Only time will tell how long it will last, and I'm a little worried about summer heat and memory foam, but so far, I'm not looking back.

This pillow is well made and seems durable with its own pillow case. It came vacuum sealed and well packaged even though the outer box was demolished this was untouched. It didn't have a smell as most bedding does when shipped. My only complaint is that as a side sleeper with broad shoulders I had to stick a small flat pillow under it as its not as thick as most pillows I use. After this it aligns perfectly and is great to use. Typically when switching pillows I suffer through headaches and a stiff neck for a few days but that didn't occur when switching to this pillow. Pros: -Well Made -Durable -Nice material for case -No smell -Plumped up in about 2 hours Cons: -Not as thick as a normal pillow (needed a elevation boost from a thin pillow to properly align for me) I would recommend this pillow and would buy it again.

Over the past 20 years I have purchased a variety of pillows as I searched for “the ONE” which would do everything pillow should do. Comfort, support, proper density, compact size, and correct ergonomics. I bought expensive down (soft but zero support), even a water pillow, and then last month I finally found it. This pillow IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Because the design includes a built-in “crater” for your head your neck muscles & vertebrae get the support they need. It even has spaces, kind of like slots, for your forearms when you decide to change from face-up to side-sleeping. Such a clever design! And after using it for a week — my best deep sleep in a long time, I discovered that if I turned the pillow 180 degrees the long side is actually slightly higher which on some nights I choose it because it feels just so perfect on my neck. It comes with its own pillowcase which is easily removable but I just prefer to use my own to match my other pillow.

I purchased two of these pillows. My husband has issues with his neck and thought this would help him sleep better. When I opened the bags, both pillows had a very strong chemical smell. I advised the seller and he told me to air them out and they should be fine. After two weeks I was still unable to sleep on my pillow because of the smell. The seller initially said that he would refund me the cost of both pillows. but he only refunded me for one pillow. Maybe because I told them that my husband said that he could tolerate the smell. Anyway I’m still not sleeping on mine, but my husband says that the pillow has made a big change in the position of his head and neck alignment when he sleeps. The pillow case is confusing because of the way it is “built around” the pillow. When you open the box what you see is the pillow case first. It buttons onto the pillow. I put another regular pillowcase on my husband’s pillow, to make it match the rest of the bed linen. You can take the case off to wash it, but you’re not supposed to wash the pillow or put it in a dryer. After several weeks, the smell in my pillow has finally become tolerable, but I still don’t sleep on it. 🌷

Love this pillow! I’ve had cervical issues for years, even had several RFA treatments which are painful. After 3 nights on this pillow I was waking up with only very little pain or discomfort. There is a slight smell when you first open it so I sprayed it with some lavender linen spray. Peaceful night!

However, packaging says it will take a few nights to become accosted too and believe that is correct as I had stiff neck and shoulders when I got up this morning.
