A year ago I purchased a pillow for placing between my knees from this same company and it has been fantastic; wish I would have purchased it many years earlier. I decided to try this neck support pillow, not because I have persisting neck problems, but to if it the support foam felt bette than my pillow, which is just a typical pillow that you can bunch up, etc. My wife decided to try it for the first four night; she snores and uses an app to track her 'snore score'...over four night she had a couple of scores that lowered, but the other two stayed the same; her comments on comfort are about the same as mine. I have used the pillow for a week now. The first couple of nights my first thought was, "wow, this is firm". Not hard, but firm enough compared to what I have been using for years that the firmness was noticeable and I wasn't sure if I could go to sleep...but after just a few minutes, I was sound asleep and the firmness was not remarkable through the night at the times when I turn from side to side or side to back. I sleep on both side and back, and the pillow has accommodated that fine. Both my wide and I slept with the wider, 'winged' edge at the top, which makes the pillow a little lower than if the wings were the edge next to my shoulder. I don't snore, but I do wear a smart watch and my sleep scores have been more consistent (and good) over a week period than they typically are. That really surprised me when I looked at a 4 week chart of my scores; I have felt rested in the mornings, and have actually noticed I wake up less often during the night. I'm interested to see if that keeps up. In terms of the pillow itself, the foam feels very much like the foam in my knee pillow where it has give, but as mentioned, stays firm. It has a covering the can be removed for washing, but we also put a pillow case (just normal pillow case) over it. Considering how my knee pillow has held up, I don't see why this will not be every bit as durable. My wife wants to try it again before deciding if she's going to claim ownership of it. If she does, look's like I'll be purchasing a second one :-). I like it.

Decided to try another Cervical pillow for my wife after she has been having neck and shoulder pain after sleeping. Since using this pillow for about a week, all her pain and stiffness has gotten better. She likes the design and firmness of the pillow as it gives her just the right amount of support. Pillow is not manufactured cheap and feels durable and will last. Very happy with this pillow and highly recommend to anyone that wakes up with sore neck or shoulders for relief.

Very comfortable pillow, the height difference between the edge and middle is not as drastic as other pillows, meaning that for back and side sleepers it's a more natural position for your neck. Even stomach sleepers can use the sides of this pillow for minimal height, with still comfortable, moldable support.

I’ve tried more pillows than I can count, but this Memory Foam Contour Orthopedic Pillow is on a completely different level.
