I had the OG gen1 ereader kindle, obviously had it for years. I like to read at night while kids watch the tv & I wanted a way to read on my kindle without a book light hooked at the top of it. A friend of mine & just gotten one & loved it, told me I needed to get one. So I did, and I am so glad I did. My mom was visiting us from another state for several months and her old Kindle bit the dust so we ordered this one to replace it. The battery life is very good and it's light, which is important for my mom as she has arthritis in her hands. She used to have to put her old Kindle on a holder to read because it was too heavy but this one is much lighter so she's able to hold it.     • A little glitchy
I love my Kindle and how I am just breezing though my books and how I don't have lots of notifications to deal with but finding the book in kindle can be a little irritating as it freezes and doesn't want to load at times
