Both devices have quit working. I've gone through all the tips, but to no avail.

This is a pair of good quality OTC hearing amplifiers. SImply insert into both ears and they’d turn on automatically. They come with five levels of volume and 4 pre-programmed modes. They have pretty basic functions. They are small and fairly inconspicuous. The sound quality is fine although it also picks up environmental noises, like the humming of my laptop fan. My biggest beef with these is that the “whistling” (to me it’s more like a squeal) caused by feedback when I try to put on the left device. I’ve tried to turn the volume to the lowest level or change the size of the ear plug but I could not consistently get rid of the ear-piercing squeals. I have no issue with the right ear though.

These hearing aids switch between hearing programs with a switch of a button. The battery also lasts approximately 100 hours. The design is sleek and it comes eith different rubber tips for your ears. The device itself works it amplifies the sounds and they are very clear. Overall I am satisfied.

I have tried a few of these OTC hearing aids. I find these particular ones to be fairly small and comfortable in my ears. The sound quality is average and has a little feedback. They also produce feedback when taking out of the ears. When I used them, all of the sounds around me were magnified, not just those of people talking. I could hear the clothes rustling, water dripping and many other annoying sounds. Adjusting the volume level is not too hard. It can be done by tapping on the multifunction button however, most of the modes I tried did not have great noise cancellation. Although these are comfortable in my ear and the case is really nice as it recharges the hearing aids I am not so happy with the noise cancellation. Rating them three stars.
