Purchased to transfer cereal into. These work well and are large enough for a family size box of cereal. They come stacked together but if you squeeze the sides a little, they come apart. Cleaned up nice and were ready for use. Keep products fresh.

We purchase those big family sized packages of cereal, including the "double packs" from Sam's Club, and we'd been looking for a way to store these in our lazy susan with the non-huge sized boxes. These are a great size, are durable, easy to clean, and the lids both attach securely and stay tightly closed. I wish I could give half stars, because this is really a 4.5 star item. The only beef I have with these containers is that the opening for the cereal is quite small. Items like Cheerios or Cocoa Puffs (basically anything small and round) go through the opening fine. But anything larger or flat, like Frosted Mini Wheats, Raisin Bran, or Cinnamon Toast Crunch, gets stuck and only a few pieces come out. So we have to totally open the containers to pour. This is not a deal breaker, but is a slight design flaw that the company may want to address in future versions of this product. ... show more

First of all, they come packed very neat and steady. Each in its own bag not to scratch against each other. Secondly, they come with black labels and a white dry eraser. Thirdly, very easy to use. The lids open shut completely and everything inside stays fresh/dry.
