Features
- CERAMIC COATING FOR CARS: Delivers an extremely glossy, mirror-like finish on clean paint. Use as a standalone paint sealant or as a quick ceramic topper that deepens color and adds slickness. Not a one-step miracle coating and not a paint corrector
- 50-WASH CERAMIC PROTECTION: A true ceramic paint sealant, tested to a 50-wash durability rating for months of protection. Seals and shields your paint so it stays slick and beads water long after ordinary spray waxes have washed off
- CERAMIC SPRAY WAX ALTERNATIVE, QUICK AND EASY: Wash and dry first, then spray a thin, even coat onto one panel at a time and buff immediately. A thin, even coat ensures optimal bonding and maximum gloss
- EXTREMELY HYDROPHOBIC: True ceramic technology repels water, road grime, mud, and dirt, so your car stays cleaner between washes and rinses clean faster. Use on cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, and motorcycles
- ULTRA SLICK SURFACE: An extremely smooth finish that is safe for all paint colors and clear coats, so the surface stays slick to the touch and dirt has less to grab onto between washes

Application is extremely easy, spray on, wipe off, and buff lightly. It gives the paint a noticeably slick finish and strong water beading almost immediately. The gloss is impressive for a spray product, especially considering how little effort it takes compared to a full ceramic coating process. CERAKOTE also markets it with a 50-wash durability claim and strong hydrophobic protection. What stands out most is how smooth the paint feels afterward. Dirt and water don’t stick nearly as much, and it definitely makes maintenance washes easier over time. It also doesn’t leave heavy streaking if applied correctly, which is a big plus on darker paint colors. The downside is that this is still a spray sealant, not a professional ceramic coating, so longevity won’t match high-end professional installs. Some users also mention the spray nozzle and durability could be better for the price. Pros: excellent gloss and slickness, very easy application, strong water beading, makes washing easier, good value for quick ceramic protection Cons: not a true long-term professional ceramic coating, spray bottle could be better, durability varies by expectations Overall: one of the better spray ceramic sealants I’ve used. It’s quick, easy, and gives impressive shine and hydrophobic performance without the hassle of a full ceramic coating process.

Cars have never been so easy to clean after applying. Wish the bottles were larger, but the product appears to protect the vehicle from minor scratches and water beads off. Hard-water spots wipe off with damp cloth and soap. Overall easy to apply, but very time consuming. Well worth the time and money. Brightened the color of one car while enhancing the black of another car.

I’ve tested several ceramic paint sealants from Amazon, including some much more expensive brands, and CERAKOTE Platinum Rapid Ceramic Paint Sealant Spray is the clear winner. Right after washing my car and applying this product, you can immediately see and feel the difference. The paint looks deeper, glossier, and has that slick, hydrophobic feel. It applies easily and buffs off without hassle. What really stands out is how well it protects the paint — it performs great in both rain and dry weather. The protection lasts about a month before I wash the car and reapply. That’s solid performance for a spray-on ceramic, especially at this price point. It definitely holds up better than many higher-priced options I’ve tried. If you want a high-performing ceramic sealant that delivers real results without breaking the bank, this is the one. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their car protected and shining.

Short term review. Long term to follow. The good: Great shine, and by shine I mean raising the color depth bar a couple of notches compared to other products I have used. I had my wife's car "detailed" and the young man who performed a clay bar cleaning prior to finishing with a coat of "ceramic" containing wax. Meh on the results. A couple days later I applied this product and was actually impressed. Very easy to apply and wipe off. No streaking or "rainbow" patterns. Wiped off VERY easily. Stunning (yes I said stunning) color and shine 2-3 hours later and the next day compared to whatever he used on the SUV. As mentioned in the application instructions, give it time to fully "dry" for additional visual benefits. I then used this product on my 11 year old SUV which was first cut and polished mechanically to remove fine and deep scratches in the clearcoat. Already looking good, the same result that was seen as with my wife's SUV. Deep gloss that improves more after 2-12 hours. Glass like - stunning. Reading the available info, you can recoat after a day for additional shine. That could be interesting. Given the bottle goes a very long way (2 mid size SUV's) and plenty still left. I'll try this after the next wash given how easy it is to apply. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. The included microfiber towels are a great benefit. Good quality. Good value for the price. The BAD: the pump started to fail by the end of the first SUV completed. This STINKS as when working it produces a really nice mist. Not to much, not to little. Listen up manufacturers - FIX THIS, because otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I considered giving it 3 stars, but can't deny how easy it is to use and visual results. The other BAD: you will have to check back on longevity of the results. Sorry. Note: I'm a bargain hunter, so if this lasts as long as more expensive competitors, I'll call it a win win. The GREAT: Application and wipe off are amazingly easy. Use one towel for wiping on and spreading after misting, then use the "dry" towel for wiping off. No elbow grease required. Easily a quick detailing option for a clean car, I’ll be throwing out my OLD bottle of Maguire's quick detailer, though I use their products which appear superior for the interior. Based on research I may also give Crystal Serum by GTECHNIQ a try if I want to spend $$$ for longevity, if this doesn't hold up as advertised.

A little goes a long way Very easy to use make sure paint is not hot Also watch for overspray on glass, wipe as soon as you can The product made the car shine even white, too soon to tell if it will last and water beading I used two of my own micro fiber towels one for application spreading and other for buffing seemed to work for me Also I used trim wipes there ok too small for Explorer has a lot of trim wish they had bigger size or more in box

Easy to apply and leaves a really nice shine. I wouldn't say this last very long at all. Maybe 3 weeks before you need to reapply. Its not really that big a deal, as again, its really easy to apply. The problem like many other reviewers said, the sprayer on the bottle failed early on. At firsty it was a strong mist, after a few uses, it just spits out a little bit of product. It is so annoying. Come on Cerakote, fix this!!

I’ve been detailing my own cars for years and have been using Maguires waxes forever. This was the easiest job I’ve ever done and will use this from now on. Goes on extremely easy and comes off easily. The shine is as good as any wax and should last longer. Glad I finally tried it out!!
