I have only tried it on, so can’t say on wear and tear. I’m 5’3” 170lb size 12, and it fits well. A little baggy in the crotch, so taller people should be okay too. I tend to be a bigger size 12, so I opted for xxl. I think xl would’ve worked as I’m less endowed. Also, the breasts are padded which is great! Hope this helps: Comfortable and fits well. Not too tight or uncomfortable in the groin area. Decent quality-- doesn't feel cheap. ***My only issue is the zipper! It doesn't have the zipper locking mechanism, so as a busty woman, the zipper constantly slides down.

I bought this to wear kayaking. Never been kayaking before but I assumed I would have an issue keeping a bikini top in check under a life vest and moving my arms. Also didn't want to mess with repeat applications of sun screen. I am 5' 8" 130-135 size 4. The medium fit perfectly. Not too tight. The sleeves were actually long enough which shocking to me because nothing ever has sleeves that are long enough for me. It was comfortable, fashionable, and it kept the sun off me. Looks like a wetsuit but not nearly as bulky or heavy. The best part about this is I was able to throw on pants over the boots and it looks just like a normal top. So comfy and so cute! I wore this on the Road to Hāna in Maui, Hawaii. We went swimming in rain falls, hiking, and to the beach, all in this one outfit and water shoes. Size was perfect and it’s great for protecting your skin also.

I normally use XL and it fit my XL body type. I am 5’8”chubby-curvy-pear body shape ;p Everything fits perfectly: sleeves, torso, shoulders. The zipper should be longer at least 2-3 more inches. Not a big deal but I felt that I had to be careful when removing the top part of the swimming suit.
