Be sure to fill with water first to prime the pump. I siphoned through the wand until water came out. If you do that with chemicals, you’ll probably make it on the Darwin awards list.

Initially received a non-working item. Tried to email their support but it does not exist. No responses. Item was obviously used (scratches on product), repackaged, and re-sent as new. Item only hums and spray does not pump. All the positive reviews are from "free products" given through Vine. If you are silly enough to buy this because of the cheap price, be smart, get the $7 Asurion insurance add-on, so you can get this replaced like I did. ***Update*** After reading reviews, I ended up "siphoning" the hose on the sprayer which triggered the water to pump. So like you see when people steal gas on TV type of thing. If its not pumping water out of box, its because it needs a "kick start." Works fine after this. ... show more

I worked in the pest control industry for many years, so I have a good amount of experience with backpack sprayers. This one is excellent - multiple tips for different applications, an extendable wand, good spray rate. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this unit to spray my orchids at home and after a couple months and having followed the operating instructions to a T, it started to sound like a broken down motor bike……pop pop pop pop…..Amazon referred me to the seller and they have not responded to me
