Super simple install and fixed my wifi headaches. Have full signal now and before when I initiated a exercise it would take ten + minutes. With cellular I push the exercise now button and 4 seconds it’s starting. Everything was included in the box, adapter, bolts, wiring harness and modem. Once installed I had to call Mobilelink support to switch from wifi to cellular and within 5 minutes they had me switched. ... show more

    • Flawed Unit and No Support
I bought this around 7/18/25 and it worked fine for about a month to the day. My last Mobile Link connection was 8/19/25. This is a Generac product with a 1 year warranty. I tried to work with the Mobile Link folks and got nowhere. They referred me to a Generac dealer. This is a plug and play unit so a dealer shouldn't be needed, but since they had me over a barrel I called a local dealer. The dealer had a $265 call out fee which I agreed to pay even though they ultimately fixed nothing. The dealer charges $570 for this unit which I agreed to pay just to get past all this hassle. When the dealer guys (who were actually quite nice) put a new unit on and it came up with the same Verizon non-connect code as the original, they put my original one back on. The dealer guys told me I needed to go back to Mobile Link because they didn't know how to fix this. So now it is mid September and I am still trying to figure out a solution. Amazon warrants this thing for 30 days and Generac doesn't even acknowledge my warranty. So all I can say is good luck with this. ... show more

    • Great Cellular Signal Compared to older LTE Unit
I replaced my LTE Cellular Accessory, which was not receiving a good Verizon signal, with this unit. The new unit has provided a strong, consistent connection since installation. I had to call Generac Customer support after installation to have the new unit added to my Mobile Link account. They were a pleasure to deal with and I was promptly back online. ... show more
