I haven’t taken pre workout in forever so take my review for what it’s worth. I took the prescribed two scoops and within 15 min my face and neck were tingling and on fire. That lasted for about 5 min and went away. I had TONS of energy to sustain my whole workout. Conversely, I took the next day but only took one scoop because of how I felt the day before and I experienced no tingle. I had plenty of energy but it wasn’t like the day before. Best bang for your buck. Focus and pump are spot on and the cherry limeade tastes awesome. I have not experienced a crash with this product so that's a big plus. This will definitely lite a fire under your asz for working out, training, and sport events and working careers regarding med to high physical demands. Every time I get a pre work out or protein drink I hate it!. THIS LITERALLY TASTE LIKE SONICS OCEAN WATER!. I don’t have to chug it down and gag after from the after taste or the taste of nothing like it states!. I’m literally sipping away like I ordered it from sonic. Ok so let me start out by saying I’ve never tried pre workout before so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I tried it for the first time today and WOW. It kicked in probably 10-15 minutes after I drank it and my entire body felt like it was buzzing, my body was shaking, and my clothes itched on me like crazy as soon as my heart rate got going. It was way too intense for me so I took a break from my workout and waited for the effects to wear off a bit lol. I am a 3-4 cups of coffee a day person so honestly a little shocked it affected me so much. Lasted for about 2 hours. If I take this in the future I would probably switch from 2 scoops (recommended amount) to just 1. I am a 5’7” woman and about 135 lbs so by no means a bodybuilder which I guess this product is geared toward? Taste was great though just wasn’t mentally prepared for the rest of it! ... show more

Can't accurately rate the watermelon because they didn't send the right flavor. However they did send the red berry and I like that one so I'm still going to use it. Knocking off a star because they sent the wrong flavor, otherwise I love ghost products and will continue to buy them. I took a whole scoop the first time trying this pre-workout and I felt like I had nails going through my skin. Not to mention it made my whole body itch. It was hard to concentrate on my workout with all of that going on. When I take half a scoop, it works great.

This stuff is straight crack. I don't really know what to say except that it's one of my personal favorite pre-workouts. I very highly recommend this. It was full when I got it and I went through it in about a month. I love this, and all the other Ghost flavors as a whole.
