I’ve never had SAM-e before but I do have a hard time swallowing large pills so I thought I would try this liquid form. It was a little more expensive than the pill form in the store but since it was liquid, I wanted to give it a try. The description says it is a 30 day supply if you take it twice a day 10 drops each time. My shipment arrived on June 5 and I started taking it on June 6. I didn’t always take it twice a day because sometimes I forgot the second dose. And there were a couple days I forgot to take it at all. Today is July 2 and I may be got the last five drops in the bottle. So this is not a 30 day supply as the description states. I had to change my auto refill last week because I knew I was running short. I won’t get my next bottle for a few more days. I can’t see whether this item is working or not since I only took it for about three weeks and not always, as often as suggested. But I think it helped enough that I went ahead and ordered a second bottle. If you really want to take this item as suggested, and don’t want to run out before 30 days, I suggest ordering two bottles at a time.

Sam-e Is used for a lot of different things, including reducing arthritis pain & lessening its severity but I have used it very successfully to help reduce liver enzyme values both in myself and in several dogs. Tablet SAM-e Can be difficult to digest but it’s also destroyed by light & air, So Buying a bottle allows the product to quickly degrade as soon as it’s opened and it’s efficacy suffers greatly. CellFood SAM-e Resolves That issue Because it is a liquid bottled in an opaque container! It stays fresh and put me to the bottom of the bottle! I use it a lot and dogs and the fact that it is drops and so easy to change the dose from one to another makes it a winner. I have actually called Lumina to Aston to consider marketing it to Pet owners Because Natalie doesn’t work incredibly well, it works far better and far more flexibly Than the common SAM-e veterinary product available. Yes I used this Upon the advice of my veterinarian!

I thought this all sounded like just what I was looking for. For focus and gentle mood lifts. But, nope! I only did ONE drop daily. Seriously, ONE. I've learned to ease into any new supplement. After 5 days of ONE drop in the morning, I experienced sleep paralysis. If you've never had such an experience, yay! If you have experienced sleep paralysis, you know how freaky scary and unsettling such an experience is!! After reading about sleep paralysis and noting the correlation with serotonin levels... I thought about this supplement. It's the only new thing for me. And so I scrapped it! If it's altering serotonin... for me... it's apparently not going in the right direction. Of course, that's just me. I realize others may need the support, but my body quickly alerted me that I do not. And, best of all, no more sleep paralysis since stopping my little one drop in the mornings. Best wishes to all searching for better health! God bless!

Gives me an energy boost but not crazy. I’ll take it and go about my day then notice how good I feel. When I forget to take it, I definitely notice. It had also worked long term on my mood.

new review I originally gave this a one star but I think I jumped the gun. Liquid supplements work much better for my body. I did question if it was working but I think now it does work as well if not better than taking a pill. I do wish they could design a better delivery system since squeezing the plastic bottle makes it hard to know how much is coming out as I hold it over my mouth. I am grateful there is a liquid form though. Old review: I have been taking Jarrow then switched to Nature Made (because of the mannitol in Jarrow thought Nature 's made may have something in it as well). I decided to try a liquid form since liquid forms tend to work so well for me. As I hold this stuff under my tongue, I thought I would use the time to write a review. I wouldn't mind the sour taste but I question the efficacy of the liquid form. I also ponder how hard I have to squeeze the bottle to get a drop out. I can't really count the drops as it takes multiple squeezes since the liquid is thick so I am unclear what dosage I end up with. Sam-e is tricky as it needs to get to the gut to work and water denigrates it. So I assume this thick liquid under the tongue somehow magically absorbs the sam-e without losing it's efficacy? It isn't working and I didn't think this through. I doubt it is effectiveness and encourage anyone to be skeptical when trying out. I am going back to Nature Made.
