Not the same pillow in the video

So I got this pillow today and I am a little upset it is not the same pillow in the video. I noticed that any of the pillows outside the standard pillow they have the edges do not come far out where you can place your arm between the head piece and bottom piece. It was very misleading and hope it still works because I am usually a side sleeper. Will update after a few time using it. Hope this is helpful.
