It’s an over engineered shed that, when built properly, will withstand any weather issues consistent with living in the Northeast USA. It’s roomy enough for my purposes, which were providing additional gardening equipment storage. I’ve built 3 sheds from different manufacturers, and this is not a knock on the quality or engineering but, I’ve build bigger sheds in 3-4 hours by myself. This shed took a day and a half. There were some parts damaged in shipping, but the manufacturers customer service responded immediately with each request and although it took a few weeks to get it corrected, most of the shipment issue were not the manufacturers fault. They worked hard to resolve any issues and communicated well and quickly.

This was a chore to put together alone, 3 hours. I use it as a chicken coop with a frame on the bottom for wheels. I think it is awesome. At first I was worried the floor would be too flimsy, but it does hold me up well, feels solid and no noticed leaking.

Wife purchased this and when we looked at the instructions that explained 2-3 people plus 6 hours to assemble ....we both gave it a big NOPE. Returns have to go back to the manufacture and shipping this would total almost the purchase price. Hired a company called Fixtman....another tragic mistake..took 4 days to assemble and managed to damage the door by stepping on it and blamed the manufacturer during shipping. Tried to contact CDCASA with the two email supplied by Amazon for a replacement door with zero response.
