Would not charge. After unboxing hoverboard to charge the instructions said a light would turn on when charging. Red until full changed then would change to green. I tried several outlets and there was no light. I thought ok maybe it’s because it was so dead from never being used. So after being plugged in and charging for several hours the light finally came on and was red so I thought great it’s going to be just fine. So after charging for several more hours I think we were up to about 7 hours by now the light finally turned green. My son unplugged it and tried turning it on...nothing! After all that the damn thing wouldn’t turn on! Super frustrating! The company did apologize and accepted the return but it was disappointing to say the lease ... show more

    • Calibration trouble update

The media could not be loaded. Original review: When I go to calibrate the hover board, I hold in the button, and wait for the indication beep, but then the red light stays lit and continues to beep nonstop. After 30 seconds, I turned it off, but a calibration isn’t reset. Do I have a different problem here? I’ve tried to get products help through Amazon the troubleshooting doesn’t cover this problem, and the call back feature is unavailable right now. Can I get a response from the seller? Update: I got an email from the seller who allowed me to return for free. It must have been a lemon. I purchased another one separately and haven’t had the same problem. But now we lost the charging cord and can’t find where to buy a replacement. When I go to purchase one I’m not able to find what voltage to get. ... show more

This is a solid hoverboard and better than other name brand hoverboards. Our boys have been using it for a few months in the driveway and in the grass and there have been no issues. No complaints and would buy again.

We have loved (we, because I can ride it) this hover board. Works well on carpet and tile. The lights are really cool and it is easy to use. The battery works as expected though I am sure we all would love it to last longer. It beeps when it is low so that helps. :)

We've kept great care of the hoverboard and the circuit just shorted and will no longer work. We purchased it in March with the goKart attachment for our daughter's birthday. She loved it, yet has been majorly disappointed that it just won't charge to green even with it being plugged in for days showing the plug in cord is receiving the charge. The hoverboard won't. Our other daughter's works great. It's similar but we bought a different pink one on Amazon so they could tell theirs apart. Such a disappointment for the price. Super fun though!
