It is easy to install, the adhesion is great (remember to clean and prep your surface), the size is as described. This caulk strip makes a very neat and clean presentation. I did not find any chemical smell. I used this to finish the edge of a sink that needed protection from water, and I used it to give a finished look to the insulation around window AC units. The product does the basics.It sticks well and seals simple areas,but the material isn't as flexible as I thought,work fine in a straight lines, but harder to apply in corners.
