    • Catlyn Charging Dock for Meta Quest 3 - Not for Extended Battery Straps
I ordered the Catlyn Charging Dock for our new Meta Quest 3 before getting a head strap with an extended battery. Unfortunately, this dock doesn't work well with the added weight of the extended battery, which prevents the headset from resting properly on the dock. Additionally, the built-in charging cable is only about 2.5 inches long, making it difficult to reach a jack on the back of the strap. I have made the headset charging location work with our Quest 2. There is a USB-A output on the back of the dock that could charge the extended battery, but the added weight still poses a problem. On a positive note, the replacement rechargeable batteries for the controllers work well and offer good life for extended play. Switching from disposable alkaline batteries to these rechargeables is a smart financial decision. The only minor issue is that the replacement battery covers are smoother than the rest of the controller, which is noticeable but not problematic. ... show more

This is a great charging cradle for the Quest 3. They provide rechargeable batteries for the controllers and the whole set up is compact and well designed.
