These do work very well. However the sticky part on the back to hold them in place does not work well. To push them done with the VERY sticky bug catching part is difficult. I put them under things safe from my pets and children.

These things work great. We live in a very wooded area and we have all kinds of spiders and scorpions that try to get in our house. These are small enough I can set them by all the doors and it catches everything. They are a great price and definitely do the trick. We will continue to order.

Giving this just 3 stars for now because I'm just putting them out for the first time and haven't had time to catch anything yet. But I see other reviews complaining about how small the adhesive strip is, and in some of the pics, I can see that the printed part of the trap is on the inside. That's the wrong way to set it up! If you think the adhesive area is just a small strip, you did what I did when I tried to set up my first one, and you set it up inside-out. The narrow adhesive strip on the printed side is meant to help the trap stay secured against the floor. On the other side (the plain white side), the entire middle area has a very strong adhesive. You need to peel off the white plastic on that side (and be careful not to touch it). The adhesive area is 2.5" x 3.5". Make sure to pre-bend the trap before you take the white plastic off, so that you don't accidentally stick the trap to the adhesive.

I'll spare you the pictures (eewww) - we moved into an old house that hasn't been maintained great so there's crawlies galore. These catch em well. There's a lot of them which is good. I keep them away from my pets because they ARE super sticky.

These have caught a bunch of undesirables for me since I've been laying them out, primarily in the basement area of the house. It's like they're lining up to be caught "dead in their tracks" with these traps. I see many baby spiders caught in them too, so even though the sticky traps don't always quite easily press down in the edges of the walls with the baseboards and the carpet, with a little space between under them in the corner, seems like a bunch of tiny baby spiders still go up into the traps and get caught. Very nice! As spiders are the main pests I see in my basement, though just the occasional earwigs and some little beetles very rarely, I usually notice these have caught spiders. As long as the populations of other bugs don't increase due to less spiders there are now, I'll be a happy camper, and will have succeeded more in what I set out to do: eliminate all creepy crawlers as much as possible, with these traps. Certainly, I should spray some areas too, like the more dark and unattended areas of the laundry/storage area, but that will come in time.
