Product Care Instructions: About screw Our nuts are embedded, so before installation, we need to insert the nuts into the screw holes and then rotate the screws to install them., About suction cup we need to soak the suction cup in hot water to soften it, exhaust all gas, clean the window, and then attach the suction cup to the window. Let it sit for 24 hours before letting the cat go up, otherwise the suction cup may not be able to attach to the window due to internal gas and water stains. See more

We bought it to stick in our camper so the cats could enjoy the views of nature, and it has not disappointed. I followed the directions to soak the suction cups for 5 minutes in hot water, then promptly forgot about them, so they soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, then in probably tepid water for another 15. However, I dried them off, attached them to the bed, then stuck it to the window where it latched right on and felt super study. Piece of cake! The cats immediately loved it, and I now find one or the other in there most of the time. I love that it folds up so I can leave it on the window and pull the shade down when we need some privacy. Tthis window perch hammock arrives as a kit & it's incredibly well thought out! The appearance is exactly like the seller's photos. Our little kitty easily gets into h out of her window seat & she absolutely LOVES it! It's become her new favorite place in the house... in full view of the back yard (cat tv) to attach the animals. She finds her window seat to be very comfortable & loves napping inn the sunshine coming thrrough the window. Moving it from window to windo is easy. The kit also includes anchors & screws for drywall/plaster and for concrete/brick/masonry walls with instructions that are easy to follow. Assembly was intuitive & easy. It functions exactly as advertised & is very sturdy! We've not had any problems with it & may pruchase one or two morre for other windows & different views for her. We're all really happy with this product & 10 out of 10 would recommend to others with cat companions! ... show more

Great cat hammock. Very easy to put together even though the instructions were not the best. Very well made . My kitty weighs over 16 lbs and it holds him well. The suction cups really stick well to the window. Great price and great buy for Black Friday.

This is one of my better purchases for my cats! I have two cats. One is completely uninterested in it, but my bengal is VERY interested in this lovely cute cat bed. Often when I can't find my cat he's in this window (below a heater and in the sun) and happy as a clam. He's only about 10 pounds I'd guess and it holds him just fine. It was extremely easy to put together and is obviously comfortable for him because he's in it all the time. It has held up in the window fine and hasn't fallen to the ground or anything weird like that. I was thinking of getting another one for somewhere else in the house just to see if he likes the other ones as well or just the "sun" facing ones? lol I got one of those window bird feeders that I was going to put up to go on the same window for him, however I read one should put up a film on the inside window so you know you don't give the poor birds a heart attack but I haven't found a good film yet but once I do and its not winter that will go up too :) ... show more

This worked really well for our 2.5 hr car ride. For reference, our cat is about 15lbs and this supported his weight just fine. It adhered to the window very well. Subtracted one star because it did not stay folded when it wasn’t in use which caused me to hit my back on it while unpacking the car which left a pretty badly bruise. But no damage to the hammock so it’s definitely solid 😅 ... show more

So far amazing! The joints are a little loose, but I don't think it matters for a 9lb kitty. It's large and it's very secure on the window. I've had others that were terrible and kept falling off. I doubt this will be an issue with this model, the suction cups are very large much stronger and well secured to the brackets. I actually appreciate the feature that allows it to fold up so that you can pull down the blinds. it hadn't been something I considered and it's been useful. Time will tell if she takes to it. 1 MONTH UPDATE: Our persnickety old lady *still* loves to look outside and watch the chipmunks and squirrels, and snuggle up in the sun.
