Leaving a review after buying this fountain a second time! My partner and I have two cats and have tried 5-6 different types of fountains. We bought this the first time after I friend recommended it to us. This is a great looking fountain that is easy to clean - and our cats actually use it! The pump stopped working after a power outage, so I e-mailed the company to ask for help (after ordering another one). They responded very quickly and provided a video to fix common pump issues. They even offered to send a replacement pump for free if I couldn't fix it. Great customer service!

My friends have water fountains for their cats and you can hear the water so I assumed you'd hear a trickle from this one but it's totally silent and discreet. My cat likes to drink his artisan bathtub water after we shower so I hope he'll love this even more. I love that I can see the water level and don't have to guess when it's low. It was easy to put together and my cats drank from it right away! Not to mention it was on sale, best price I could find. I'm very pleased so far:)

This is a great purchase. I have 3 cats and a Yorkie, and this works beautifully for all of them. I really appreciate how clean it keeps the water. The noise level is nearly inaudible. The dual filters are a plus. However, the carbon filter does tend to let cat hair build up on it, which slows the rate of drainage from the top reservoir. I have to remove and rinse off the top filter every week or so. The fountain is easy to clean and assemble. But I wish that the bowl was just a bit more clear. Even with the internal light, it’s sometimes hard to tell what the interior water level is at. Plus, the light in mine is pointing at the back of the bowl. That’s not helpful when I need to see the level in n the front of the bowl. I also wish that the spout of the fountain was made of a nicer material. The metal it’s currently made of is pretty cheap. It’s functional, and I haven’t had any problems. But I can foresee problems like rusting happening in the future. Something like a hard acrylic or even glass would probably work better for an environment like the fountain. All in all I would say that this was a purchase that was worth it to me. But there are a few small adjustments that the manufacturer could make to help the fountain work even better.

The media could not be loaded. My cat doesn't like drinking water from a small plate, and since I occasionally have to travel, I decided to buy this water fountain a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and now drinks water more frequently. I no longer have to worry about her water supply for at least a week! The fountain is quiet and doesn’t make any weird noises when the water level is low (which was a problem I had with other products). For this type of water fountain, the motor is usually the weak point - they tend to stop working after a while for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, this happened with every other fountain I bought before :-(. Today, when the motor stopped working on this fountain, I assumed it was the same issue again. I was about to buy a new one when I noticed a sticker on the side reminding me to clean the motor weekly, and there was an email for customer support. I emailed them, not really expecting a reply :-) but Bella responded quickly with a video on how to clean the motor, saying it solves 99% of the issues. Honestly, I didn’t think it would work, but I gave it a shot anyway. Guess what - it worked perfectly! I’m really happy and grateful for the help, which is why I’m writing this review. I usually don’t leave reviews on Amazon because I’m busy, but I think this company deserves more business, so I made the time to post this.

It is now almost a year (11 months) since we bought this kitty cat fountain. Up until a week ago it worked great! However, it broke this week and will not turn on or run water. I’m assuming the motor is out or something. Not sure if I’ll buy another one, it lasted us less than a year

I've now somehow caused the pump to stop working on two of these fountains during a routine cleaning. For the life of me I cannot begin to guess what I did wrong with either of them. My cats love this water fountain. Easy to fill, clean and also replace the filters. The pump is quiet and can easily be taken apart to clean. The pump is still working after 5 months of use. I do have to take it apart more often since at times it acts like there is no water even though the tank is more than half way full. Once I take it apart and rinse it out, it goes back to working as normal. The fountain had a blue light which was nice as it acted as a little night light. That blue light has stopped working. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and it keeps my cats hydrated. Would have given 5 stars if the light was still working.
