I bought what was marked as a 2-pack and only received one. I couldn't find anywhere to contact their customer service so had to take the complaint directly to Amazon for a refund. I didn't realize I'd selected the pack of two, so it was a surprise unboxing them. SO glad I did, though, because my cats LOVE them. There is plenty of room inside even for my fat cat, and they zip together for easy storage if you wanted to put them away. The top part can serve as a bed, but my cats haven't gotten that far.
