Next day delivery with Prime, package came in perfect condition. The carton is packed solid with no space and nothing rolling around inside the carton, also with perfect amount of tape knowing the carton will take some beating during transit. Assembly was very easy and took no more than 8-10 minutes. The allen screws and wrench that come with the cat tree are of perfect size, and all the threaded inserts make assembly a breeze. Well, as I'm not a cat I'm going to have to review this a person trying to think like a cat. As a human I can definitely say, if I were a cat I'd like this Cat Tree Tower as long as I got to keep it all to myself. It isn't the size you'd want to share with other cats - or worse - dogs who want to be your friend and follow you around constantly trying to play with you. The fabric provides a good amount of cushion but I wouldn't call it luxurious. Sleeping on the top portion is a comfy rest with good visibility allowing you to watch all sides for any attackers or wanna be poachers. Assembly wasn't my favorite but this is true with all items requiring assembly. If you purchase this Cat Tree please consider not attaching the string ball as it will attract kittens and other playful creatures who will surely disturb your Cat Leader and you'll suffer attitude for hours after. Count on the twine rope scratchy bits to be 100% ignored unless you're away from the house for extended periods. This is a reminder of the fact that as a human - you have no clue what cats, especially your Leader whom you've been slaving for - for 5 plus years, wants or enjoys throughout their day. Oh you beautiful human, although your cat will spend countless hours sleeping in and on this Cat Tree - expect no thank you note. Overall believe our Leader is satisfied with this Cat Tree and expect our Leader to enjoy it for several years. ... show more

This has become home to one cat in particular who better likes it with the lower 'bed' in front of the apartment. Although you can see this isn't how it's recommended to be put together, as seen in the last picture where it's freshly assembled as instructed, we keep it that way because she likes a little privacy in her little house! She's the grey with the curled foot in the first two pictures and is about small-medium in size for reference on how your cat may fit. Otherwise, all sizes can use it - it's a decent thickness to the wood, no wobbling/stability issues, and it seems like it could last a good couple of years even with heavy use. The bed up top is small, as is the platform, but larger cats gave no complaint when they cozied themselves up top and had to stick out a foot that wouldn't fit. The house does also fit larger cats, but you can see they leak out a bit. Once again, the bigger dudes don't seem to mind and even tend to prefer a bit of a snugger napping area. The height is small and safe for kittens or cats with disabilities. The fabric is plush to the touch, if a wee bit slippery to any cats who can't fully use all four legs. The sisal is well wrapped and not thin in any places. All in all, for medium to smaller cats, I recommend. For larger cats who love smaller perches, also recommend. But for especially large cats or those seeking a high perch, it's probably a skip as it doesn't fulfil those areas. I'll update if there are any structural issues or otherwise! ... show more
