This is one of my senior cats favorite toy. She just hears me turn it on and she comes running to it. We had it a while ago and some how got lost she heard it and I’ve never seen her move so fast to get to it and played with it for hours. It last a few hours and she has some sharp nails as she hates me cutting them but she hasn’t broken any of the toys. Our 12 week old kittens have broken 4 already in a short amount of time. It has 3 modes the last being my cats favorite as it moves the most. The remote is a life savor across the house when they want it on and are singing that loud scream to get their way. The 1st one we got wasn’t charging correctly and just kept blinking red and hours later would be charged for an hour then blink red the replacement we got we have had no issues with. Very disappointing because now I have to bring one back to the store when it should’ve worked in the first place. Out of 7 cats 4 play with it like crazy and the other 3 don’t go near it. IT MAKES A LOT OF NOISE!! Unless you can sleep through loud noises this isn’t a toy I would keep in a bed room. Even with how loud it is how much our senior cat loves it I would buy this over and over just for her.

This door electric toy was easy to operate. I did find the cover a little hard to get on, I guess I should say keep on, just while setting it up. It did not slip off the door. It was easy to hang at the top of the door, and my door still closed. I would have cut the provided elastic string right in half instead of trying to measure it down the door. The accessories were easy to attach, and the variety of choices is pretty decent, your average cat toys. My cat seemed to be interested in all of the accessories. We chose the slow speed; the top speed was too much for my cat and just frightened him. All the best & God bless.

I just received this, so it's only a first impression. The instructions are wrong, I think. Mark came with a steady red light not a blinking one and it wasn't plugged in so it couldn't have been charging. I put it on the charger and it stayed a steady red light forever (several hours). I got fed up waiting,for rather my cats did, as soon as it came out of the box, I couldn't entertain them any longer, they wanted to play with it. I'm glad I gave up, it's working. A couple of them LOVE it, especially my super energized mischief maker, he's the one ai need to keep busy. My shy girl is afraid, maybe of the toy, maybe of her brother going crazy for it. LOL. Here's the complaint, and I'm lowering my review for the number of issues. The remote doesn't work unless I'm standing a few feet from it, it doesn't work through walls, even close, nor across a room of empty space. That's really sad. It does allow me to adjust it without a footstool though (my doors are tall), so that part is a plus. I just expected more range. The design of the door attachment is ridiculously terrible. It's designed so you can only put it on an open door that is never closed. If you install on the outside of the door, it will hit the door stop trim, and you can't close it. If you install on the inside and close the door, it'll hit the top of the door jamb with the arm, no doubt breaking it. This also means, since the door is open, and the string is elastic, that if you have a hunter who wants to carry away is prey, or bring it to you 😘, he'll stretch it til eventually it snaps back, and most times it goes over the open door, and gets stuck out of reach. If only the door could be closed that wouldn't happen. The whole reason for having doors is so they can open and shut, and this is only meant to be installed on doors, so it's really a terrible design, it almost ruins it! They should've had I a longer door attachment, by several inches (to miss the obstructions), or a way to hang it on something else, like door trim, or archway. I'm bummed about all of this, I can't put it where I intended. 😥. I'm afraid the only location I have to put it will encourage the monster to get up to pounce on the toy, and end up knocking things down. 😥 I'll update this review, after I've had it a while, and if I remember. For $9.99, it's still great fun for my monster, 🤞 hopefully nothing gets broken, no one hurt. 🤞. It couldn't been so so much better, with a longer door attachment, or more flexible one (and a remote that actually worked).

Was an absolute hit with cats crying for more! The remote was what made me get it the most, and I bought extra hanging toys for the ends since my cats destroyed them so fast. However, my cats also like to pull/chew strings. I expected this part. One of my cats, my dear orange Percival Weasley, likes to technically carry away toys and fling them. He started to do this, with the string being elastic, it just snapped back to position, or over the door the toy is hanging on. Today, after a few weeks of having the toy, Percy managed to pull the toy, have the CLIP WHERE IT ATTACHES TO THE MOTOR PULL OFF, leaving the actual battery pack hanging on the door. The string was wrapped around him, and the portion where the clip attaches to the arm was still together and off the motor where he was running around trying to escape. That meant there was also a sharp metal line, think a flat nail/rod, poking out and flapping with him since his mouth was technically by the end/feathers. This was great, cute, and amazing to have with a remote that did not have great battery life, but I dealt with it for my cats, who were more active. This just happened, the toy is destroyed, but I only discovered that after I found Percy and proceeded to free him and make sure he was not injured.
