My husband and I love it and think it is adorable. I got it for our smallest cat though I am not sure how often she uses it. We did hear her playing with it last night. The bigger boys all want to play with it but I didn't buy it for them so I don't let them. The second youngest has also showed interest as well. The newest and youngest isn't free to roam just yet but hopefully he will also like it. Especially because his name is Pippin and it is a hobbit hole! As for how sturdy it is it is sturdy enough for a cloth house. I had a fabric doll house as a kid in the 80s so that is what I expected and it didn't disappoint. I saw another review where someone wasn't happy about the sturdiness and it's like dude it isn't concrete it is fabric what do you expect?! (Eye roll) And yes it needs to be zipped up aka to stay up. No big duh there. I am happy enough with the quality. The little fabric "yard" blanket is just a lil throw so it is thin but the perfect color and texture for "yard". I would have preferred the inner pillow be a thicker fabric but that might just be me (I was comparing it to a human bed pillow so no surprise it was thinner). The house itself is just so cute and perfect. It is a beautiful little hobbit hole. And the mushroom bell was a nice extra. Very appealing to look at. I think it was a good price for what we got. It is small so better suited for smaller cats. I doubt a Norwegian forrest cat would fit but it still might try. If it fits it sits right? I know our bigger boys would absolutely try to squeeze in if I let them. I don't believe our chonkest would fit. He is 21 1/2 pounds and barrel shaped if that helps. Our female is 8 or 9 pounds so has plenty of room. As for stability, like I said it is cloth not cement if your cat climbs on top it will collapse under its weight but it should pop back up when they climb off. And it needs to be zipped up to hold its shape but I believe it is stable enough to be a play house. It's more stable than their thin cardboard witch house and that thing is a few years old! Over all great buy! No regrets.

This is high quality! Super soft, well made, great functional zipper to enclose it. I can definitely see this little Hobbit house lasting for a long time. This is a fantastic size house as well. It fits my smaller young cats as well as my giant Garfield tabby. Buy this! You won't regret it!

Did a photoshoot with this for my foster kittens and it turned out so adorable! The shape is a little wonky from being folded up, but it holds their weight ok if only one at a time is on top. My 3 adult cats were also taking turns laying in it until the 8 year old claimed it and now she sleeps in it every night. I will say that it's not amazing quality, but it is decent and loved by multiple cats. I also appreciate that it can be unzipped so I can easily access any future foster kittens that may decide to hide in there without making them feel completely cornered. The mushroom rattle is a cute touch too.

My cats are obsessed with! My reading room is a whimsical cottage vibe and this hobbit house it a perfect addition! My cats are on the bigger size and they fit so perfectly. It is a soft build which is nice to store but my cats sometimes lay on top. Having the little rug that came with is a nice touch!

This is good for small cats. I got this for a cat who is 3 years old and about 8 pounds, and she fits inside just fine. If your cat already has an inclination to hide, this would be a good bed for them. The included blanket is small and thin, but perfect for adding a little bit of cuteness and some comfort for kitten. The mushroom bell on the top is so stinking cute, but neither of my cats care about it. The bed is easy to put together. I got it up and together in a few minutes. It was very easy. It feels like it's made of foam, so it's sturdy but not invincible. Keep that in mind if you have cats who like to sleep on top of their beds. One gripe I have is that this bed doesn't stay in place too well. The bumpy texture on the bottom doesn't do much to stop it from sliding on soft surfaces. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my bed and so is my kitty.

Perfect hiding spot for our kitties. The sides are soft so they cant sit on top, but my oldest kitty loves it because he gets nice and warm inside.

In typical cat fashion, our cat has no interest in sleeping inside this bed LOL, but she does enjoy the mushroom toy. The bed itself is quite soft and its very cute. It is not as sturdy as I expected but that's fine because it is washable!!! had it been stiffer or made of different material I would not have been able to wash it when she had an accident (we were potting training and only 8 weeks old). So plus that its a washable material, downside is no cat could really climb on it to play with the mushroom. All in all it is a really cute bed that would be perfect...if our cat would only use it as a bed LOL.
