Great value and so far performing as promised! I highly recommend this vendor and product. I also recommend always using UPS over other delivery carriers. I have received a ton of packages over the last few months, and UPS has NEVER lost one, while the US postal service held a package for over 3 weeks and I have to clean up a mess. (Because I obviously reported that I never received a very expensive item, not knowing that the US Postal Service had it in their possession.) So, I also recommend this vendor for wisely choosing UPS, over other carriers. FedEx even delivered some highly sensitive documents to my neighbor! (Fortunately, my neighbor, who even signed for it, realized the mistake and hand delivered it to me). Since these incidents just happened, I am including it in my review. Even though my sister worked for FedEx in the past and a cousin worked for the USPS for many years, I highly recommend that all vendors use UPS, over other carriers, if you expect your customers to get their merchandise in a timely manner. Because of mistakes of other carriers, I have not received merchandise in a timely manner or not at all. I am just stating facts. Because, I would like to receive what I order in a timely manner, especially if I pay for next day shipping. That's why I am praising this vendor for using UPS. I apologize if it's not appropriate to praise or criticise other delivery services in this review. But, I just feel that I had to offer my opinion to other customers and vendors. If you feel differently, that's fine. I am just telling you my experience over the past year, since the pandemic started. UPS has really upped their game, while FedEx and the US Postal Service (USPS), especially the USPS has really been lagging behind to the point of being negligent, in my opinion. Like I said, the USPS held a very expensive item for over 3 weeks, maybe even 4 weeks, that I just received it. I ordered it in October! I feel awful that they didn't deliver until now. I was looking for it for along time. I actually thought the item was sent back to the vendor. If you're still reading this review, I thank you. I just hate unjustice. I hardly write reviews. Great product. The vendor also sent some hooks to attach the cable to the wall. I want offer a suggestion. I would not include that item in the future. I purchased 3M hooks, because I don't like to damage my walls,, and I am always changing my mind on my cable configuration. 3M has some great products. I am using one of the cables to attach my new Dream Machine (an incredible router, switch, cloud key, etc...) to my modem which is 25' away. The Dream Machine has incredible security, so I am using the other 25' cable to attach to my TV. I just had high speed internet installed, so I will see if it makes a difference. If it's significant, I might write a follow up review. Again I apologize for going off on so many tangents. But, the US Postal Service has really made me upset because it caused me to do an unjust thing to a vendor who is just trying to make a living in these harsh economic times. And now I will try and make it right with that vendor whose only mistake was trusting a Government Agency and get off my soap box. ... show more
