I got this to give as a Christmas present for my stepson and it was a good idea. He loved it so much that from not wearing any watch before now he can’t take this one off. Color is beautiful and the watch itself is good quality. It’s easy to use and the fit on him was amazing (he has skinny wrists). It has function very well since Christmas and the value for what you pay is worth it. It’s water resistant but I haven’t get any complaints from him about this yet. First of all I received this watch less than 12 hours after I ordered it, which is awesome. What I love the most about it is that it is very lightweight and has a somewhat similar look of a much more expensive (and LARGER) g shock without the extra bulk. The g shock gravitymasters are well made and have more functions, but they are also a good 10mm wider than this thing. I have a smaller 6.5in wrist and this watch fits great, and is so comfortable that I forget I have it on. It is quite thick so it won’t easily slide under a shirt sleeve cuff, but a watch like this is more for casual or sport uses anyway. I like that there are no digital displays on this watch. There is a lot of detail and depth on the face and dial, including a nice dark grey brushed sunburst effect at certain angles. The time is easy to read with the markers, numerals, and hands painted white. The orange seconds hand has a white arrow tip on the end, which is a nice touch. Another feature I appreciate is the black date wheel with white numerals at 4:30. The date is easy to find while being out of the way. The chronograph functions work just like they should. Overall this is a great deal for the $40 I paid. I Highly recommend it if you like the look of it. Note: when the watch arrived 2 chronograph sub-dials were not properly lined up, but the directions explained how to fix this (I also easily found a youtube video that explains how to re-align the sub-dials). To summarize: I’ve found this watch to, overall, be a good watch, just not ideal for my particular needs. Now, I’ve worn a watch 24/7/365 since I was in 3rd grade. If I can’t wear a watch to bed, in the shower & when I jump in the pool it’s not for me. While I have different watches for different needs (work, every day, dress, SCUBA diving) I have no need for a delicate, fragile watch. Also, doing HVAC, I work with my hands. Suffice it to say, I beat the everliving crap out of my work watches. I have been through dozens of work watches of various styles & brands through the years. By now Casio is pretty much the only brand I buy for work watches. In my experience, no other brand has even come close to the right balance of features, toughness, value & looks. I got this watch for a work watch. It is insanely light which means it’s inherently comfortable. The face is very clean & exaggerated so it’s very easy to see the time even at the quickest glance. Like the vast majority of Casio watches, even if it isn’t a G-shock, it takes a heck of a beating. I also like the size & chunky look to it. While I like that look it’s also a drawback. It’s a thick case that juts up pretty far off the arm. Couple that with the many edges and it means it gets caught a lot in tight areas. Also, I find the timing function on this watch pretty useless. It basically maxes out at 30 min and the hands, markers & numbers are so small you really have to take your time looking close to read it. Overall, this is a good watch. True to Casio’s MO, it’s a very good value. Unfortunately, it falls shy of my needs for a work watch but I’m sure it would meet the needs of plenty of other people. ... show more

Nice design of on the face of the watch. The numbers on the 4 points are large and highly visible. The watch has a light weight feel to it upon wearing. The band is a light weight but durable but flexible feeling rubber. The band secured well at the latching point and can adjust to larger or smaller wrists. Easy to set up as well. ... show more

Very nice looking watch for the price, the strap is kind of hard and it may break easily, only time will tell but I'm keeping this watch, I hope the have replacement straps for this watch...!
