  • Perfect for high school match that doesn't require graphing
I've bought this model for all of my kids as they enter MS/HS, depending on what classes they're taking. In classes where graphing is not needed, this is about as perfect as can be. I'm a Hewlett-Packard calculator aficionado and collector, but this model is better for the average student. I don't like the TI's in this category as much because they tend to have some rather confusing nomenclature on the keyboard, whereas the Casio is very clear. Plus the price is right. Tip: once you need a graphing calculator model, I highly recommend the HP Prime (G2 model) for any serious math student, and if they must stick with TI's, then the TI-84 Silver Plus CE. The TI will have more examples in textbooks, but for power, flexibility, and speed, the HP Prime beats just about anything on the market. ... show more

  • My kids love them!
This is my 4th purchase. The 2nd one for my college kid. His 1st one was all scratch up due to his own carelessness, used it all throughout high school, then college. He wanted the exact same model because he is so familiar with all the functions. He said he will buy it again once this 2nd one "dies". ... show more

  • Works as advertised
