I’ve worn this watch almost every single day for a little over a year now. Bought it Summer of 2021 and it’s work so well. I’ve dropped it, bumped into things pretty hard multiple of times, submerged it in water and it still tells the time to this day. I haven’t even really needed to fix the time once. Once you set in the date and time it’s good till the day it dies. Only downside is that if you have hairy arms like me, it’s gonna hurt for a while as the watch tugs/snags on the individual hairs on your wrist. But after a while it either pulls enough off in that area or you get used it and it doesn’t bother you anymore. The price is also a very good deal. It’s lasted me long enough to be impressed and works just fine. The style is simple and vintagely cool which I personally dig. Overall I recommend this watch to those who just need a simple digital watch that tells the time and date and that has a little style. It’s a great watch. What else can I say? ... show more

The Casio A168 is an old watch, to the point where if you're buying one you don't need my spiel. This one's water resistant, but that doesn't mean WATERPROOF. Do NOT submerge this watch. It's extremely light, surprisingly durable and the battery out of the box will last about 3 years with regular use of the illumination function. ... show more

Bought another one because I lost my first one. But still, a nice looking watch for a fair price. And water resistance is nice, especially when washing my hands.

This is my "daily driver" for work (Apprentice Stationary Engineer) I've had it for a couple of weeks now and it hasn't broken on me yet. Straightforward layout, the information I'm after is easy-to-read (even in the dark, thanks to the backlight), and it has a stopwatch for when I have to time certain tasks. I also appreciate the "retro" style. Yes, the band and back is stainless steel. I can tell the face is resin, but this is a (when I bought it) $22.00 digital watch. My needs for a utilitarian work watch that didn't break the bank and wouldn't upset me if it got broken were met. My only gripes (hence the 4 star review) are: I inadvertantly mash the buttons and turn on the hourly alarm or switch to 12-hour time. Easily solved, but can be annoying sometimes. You can't make the beeps go away. Pushing 'mode' = beep. The clasp takes some getting used to. For some reason, I find it easier to put the watch on upside-down/clasp up and turn the face towards me once it's on. The excess band gets in my way too much to put it on as usual. I also had to look up how to adjust the band on YouTube since they don't teach you that stuff in the manual. I did learn from the manual that if this were a shock-resistant design, I could wear it, "...operating a chain saw..." so there's that. ... show more
