This is a nice, heavy POS cash register drawer that is made from sturdy material to ensure it lasts a long time. It came with a lot of keys so that you don't have to worry about being unable to get into the register if you lose a key. It is supposed to be an automatic drawer that attaches to your receipt printer, but since I don't have a receipt printer at this time, I was unable to test if that feature worked. I am currently building my own register one piece at a time. With this, the only other part I need is the printer and the POS software. In the meantime, I can use it with my register as a manual drawer. It won't see much use at this time due to it being late fall/winter where I'm at, but I will be using it in the summer for a small booth I set up to supplement my online store's sales with local sales. I've tested the functionality of the drawer and it works great. The drawer doesn't stick when sliding open or closed, the bill trays have support bars (?) that keep the bills in place and operate smoothly, and there is plenty of coin space with eight coin holders. You can either use these for extra coin rolls or for spillover if you get someone who pays with a large amount of coins. ... show more

This is actually quite a bit higher quality than I needed, it works great! Doesn't seem like something that could be easily opened without key. It comes with a chord that I believe would connect it to a POS system to open it as well, but I don't have a POS system to try it out. It has plenty of room for cash and coins, as well as a little slot that you could slide checks in to go underneath cash drawer. This cash drawer seems pretty well made with full metal outer body, and metal spring loaded hold down clips in the drawer. The inside of the drawer is made of plastic, and has a 8-slot coin drawer that is removeable to conceal large bills underneath. It also has a check slot on the front of the drawer, so you do mot have to open the drawer in cases of accepting checks, for safety reasons. This comes with like 8 keys, and a phone line cable, in case of hooking up to register. I like this, and while we got it for craft bazaar and home shows, with our craft hobby, we like that it can be used in bigger ways as well. Recommended, for sure! ... show more

Nice cash drawer. Opens easily and hold and sorts bills nicely. I can't vouch for how the automatic function is, as I don't use a POS system, but it works just fine manually.
