When I was a kid in Northeast Texas in the late 1950's & early 1960's my grandfather and many of his friends carried this knife. I watched them use this knife performing task from cleaning and dressing fish and game to carpenter work and just cleaning their finger nails. I always said that when I grew up I was going to own one. Well since I am in my mid 60;s I decided that I needed to buy one before it was too late. I'm so proud that I did and when I received it I was proud to discover that the quality and workmanship are still there. This knife will be among my possessions when I leave this earth. ... show more
