Ok, I wanted a nice tote to replace the stylish grocery bag I had been using (hey, it's a Trader Joe's special city edition), lol. I really liked the silver chrome and all the other no-name brands that look like Case-Mates don't offer this silver color. I didn't want one of those iridescent bags, although very pretty, that you could see all the contents. This silver bag is opaque, and is only offered by Case-Mates, but that price tag, yike. Happily, while I was thinking about it, a special 20% off coupon appeared and made it a bit easier to justify. It's still pricy for a plastic bag, but YOLO....so I got it. I have to say it's a very nice tote - the plastic is shiny, thick, durable and the straps are heavy but soft and pliable. This is a very nice bag and I can see the quality. It's just a bag, no zippers, extra pockets or compartments, although it does have a flat pouch included with a tether that you can hook inside so you don't lose it. That pouch is very handy for small loose items. This tote fits my needs, I just wanted something to put my purse and other belongings into so I don't have to juggle multiple items. I love the shiny silver chrome look, shiny but not flashy like gold would have been, and the thick black straps are a nice contrast. Good value if you get this on sale, but if you have bucks and don't worry about it, get it anyway. Nice style and durable for any use, gym, work, errands, farmers market, etc. It's a good functional size, too, not too big, but big enough you can fit alot and it still looks sleek. I wanted one of these bags because I wanted to be able to clean it easily and this fits the bill. Note, the listings by Case-Mate say you can put their bags in the washer and air dry, NOT THIS ONE - directions for this one is specifically to wipe clean only. I don't go to the beach, so I won't be using it for this, but I can see this would be great for that, too. Lastly, I'm not a youngster, I'm 66, so I just couldn't go with the iridescent colors, although pretty, but the silver is a nice way to go stylish and for any age. ... show more

The price had me in a chokehold only reason why it took me so long to purchase (thank goodness Amazon had it on sale for $70) this bag holds so much! I took it on my road trip to lug all of my toiletries and extras and I carry a lot. It’s so adorable with the bow and super sturdy. It is able to hold your towel, an accessory bag, water bottle, all your essentials like sunscreen, etc. it comes with a waterproof phone case that clips to the inside of your bag which I just love. I ordered the pink color. It's lightweight and not bulky. It has an adorable yet comfortable bow shoulder strap on each side with a magnetic closure that doesn't pinch or bind your shoulder.
