The product says that the minor imperfections would go away on there own and to not try to pop them. LEAVE YOUR PHONE OPEN FOR A LITTLE AND LET IT DO ITS THING. the majority of imperfections on the screen went away shortly after application...except for one spot. it looked like a small circle just under the crease. It has just enough "grip" to it that the phone doesn't slip when picking it up or using it, but it also isn't so grippy that it's a pain to get out of your pocket. It only just now started having issues (the hinged part is falling off), but to be honest I don't fold this phone much anymore anyway because it seems like if I do it too many more times, my screen will crack. The case has protected my phone from several drops, so it's done it's job well! I'll come back to this manufacturer when I decide to upgrade the phone for sure! ... show more

We've all been there. You drop your phone. The hinge protector goes flying. Your stomach drops as you slowly bend down to pick up your phone, hoping and praying that it will still open and that the hinge is not damaged. Well live in fear no longer! I have said hello and goodbye to six different cases for my Z Flip4, and I have finally found THE ONE!! This case finally took a stand to those useless little plastic prongs that allegedly are to keep the hinge protector attached to your case, yet never follow through. The hinge on this case is not going anywhere! It is fully attached, providing stability and sweet peace of mind. I have dropped my phone 183 times (three times a day in case you're questioning where that number came from), and this case has not let me down. It even goes above and beyond with a clear protector for the front cover. If you can handle any more joy, the coating on the case feels soft and smooth in your hand, not aggressive like those primitive hard plastic cases.
