They answered and are fixing the problem. Thank you for understanding and reaching out. I can’t get the transfer paper to come off the shirts. I have tried multiple ways and it has ruined so many. I have never had worse transfer paper then this. Do not recommend. I have tried peeling hot. Nope I have let it cool for over a hour and I have to struggle getting the transfer off and it pulls the imagine. Very disappointed
