Got this on a whim and I'm really happy about it. This is a hard case but a cloth texture. The look and feel is very elegant and I would have imagined this stand/cover to be more luxury priced. It is easy to snap on and so far, no scratches or deterioration of the case (Its been 2 months). It matches my blue M2 laptop. The Stand is sturdy and it helps prop my laptop at typing angle. It is very sturdy and in 2 months haven't felt it loose its shape. I used to have a high end origami case for my iPad mini that I purchased from the Apple Store and this feels of similar quality. The case closes with no gap and I have access to all my ports. The case also has rubber feet and I haven't felt it heat up either- I know this depends on my daily laptop use, age, and care. I like that I can go to a cafe and prop it up, then go home and just get it on my lap ( the prop isn't very supportive on soft surfaces, but it wasn't designed for that anyways.

I really wanted a new cover for my Mac and this one fit the bill. I love the appearance of material on covers of books and sketch books. this one was a nice material feel to it and it comes with a built in stand.

The case snaps on easily. Just set the laptop in the bottom half, and press down, making sure the little "hooks" are caught. Press the top half of the case on, again making sure the hooks catch, and you're done. The port cutouts are generous, you should have no trouble connecting your accessories. The case is thicker than some, but it has vents on the bottom to improve cooling. The computer still fit in my sleeve case and my Tomtoc shoulder bag, which is made specifically for the 2024 13.6" MacBook Air. The fabric exterior provides a MUCH better grip than the cheaper smooth plastic cases. The built-in stand tilts the keyboard up, allowing for a more comfortable typing experience. It also exposes a second cooling port. . I didn't care for the mouse pad that came with it. I have a better "mini" mouse pad that just slips in the sleeve with the computer. Bottom line: This is one of the nicest snap-on cases around. It looks good, gives a good grip, when carrying it, and won't show fingerprints, unless you had ink or something similar on your hands.

The case is slightly larger than others on the market, yet it gives plenty of support while still including useful features like as a stand. While the stand was the major reason I purchased this case, I like the quality and practicality it brings to the table.
