I recently picked up this black case for my iPad M1, and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. Here is a quick breakdown of my experience: The Pros Perfect Fit: It snaps onto the M1 model perfectly. No loose edges or struggling to get it on. Premium Feel: For the price, the material feels surprisingly high-end. It has a sleek, professional look that doesn't feel cheap. Pencil Support: It has the side indentation specifically for the Apple Pencil. Great for Media: The folding cover is sturdy. I use it all the time to prop up the iPad for watching Netflix, and it stays in place without slipping. Scratch Resistant: One reason I went with black is to hide scratches. So far, it’s doing a great job of looking brand new even after being tossed in my bag. The Cons Fingerprint Magnet: The only real downside is the finish. Because it’s black and has a specific texture, it picks up fingerprints and skin oils very easily. You might find yourself wiping it down fairly often if you like your gear looking pristine. Final Verdict: If you want a case that looks expensive and protects your iPad (and your Pencil) while providing a great viewing angle for movies, this is a solid choice. Nice case but it doesn’t stand up as well as expected. I had to install a strip of Velcro to make it work properly. Prior to that, the iPad fell flat several times due to the poor stand design.
