Just love this fountain on our deck. The sound of the trickling water is so soothing and I love the look. Sitting out at night with the light is stunning. It is well made and very easy to set up. The most I’ve spent on a fountain but well worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Over the past 5 years we’ve been looking for just the right water feature for our deck. We don’t have much room so we needed one that would fit in an unused corner. The other two water features we had were too large, made too much noise or splashed too much (even after putting the pump on the lowest setting). This is one is perfect! Just the right size, not too loud, no splashing and no leaks. Took less than 15 minutes to set it up. Learning from previous mistakes I set the pump at the next to lowest speed before filling it with water. The gentle sound of trickling water is very pleasant in the background. You can hear a very low hum from the pump but only when sitting right next to it. Got some river rock to put in the bowls and base which helped with the noise level. This is a very attractive addition to our deck and we’re very happy we got it. Still figuring out what to put in the planter on top. We highly recommend this water feature.

The fountain sits in my front garden, I can see it from inside as well as out. At night it is lovely with the light. I LOVE IT !!!

The only trouble we had setting it up was the electrical cord for the LED light had gotten stuck inside the cavity and was not reachable by hand. We ended up having to pull it out and re-threading it through the cavity so we could connect it. The fountain is light weight which makes it very easy to maintain. It makes a very pleasant gurgling sound and it is softly lit up at night. We have it on a timer so it is on during the day and is automatically turned off at night. With this usage pattern we only fill the fountain once a week. We opted not to purchase the commercial algaecide that was recommended with this product because we read the label and saw that it was toxic to humans and pets. We did some research and discovered that a couple drops of dish soap could be enough to control algae growth and that is the solution we are using successfully so far. We have pets and could not risk them getting poisoned by algaecide in the fountain. We are happy with this purchase and the product met our expectations.

I agree with everything positive already said by other reviewers about this product, but I would like to make a couple of observations. The "stem" that the water tubing attaches to pulls out of the pump body very easily. I've never seen a pump where that stem could be removed from the pump body casing. I'm concerned that the loose fit could cause the pump to become disconnected from the rubber tubing. I ran it the entire day right after receiving the fountain without a problem, but that black plastic stem should not pull out of the pump body so easily, so will have to keep an eye on it. I imagine over time I'll need to replace the pump with a better one. When you're looking at the display picture (or the video if you go to the vendor's web site), you won't notice that the resin body is so thin at the top that the light shines through the plastic. Now that I've plugged mine in, I clearly see it in the display picture. The fountain walls are quite thin at the top, and allow the light from the attached light bulb to show through. Think of those plastic Christmas lawn ornaments you put a light bulb inside of. Same principle, except that, though hidden from view, the light bulb is on the outside of the fountain body. To my eye, it really lessens the overall visual impact of the fountain - it kind of shouts out "PLASTIC THING HERE. NOT A REAL TERRA COTTA URN!!!" Of course we all know it's not a real terra cotta urn, but it shouldn't be called out by a light shining through the body. It wouldn't have been difficult to embed a dark barrier into the body of the fountain to act as a shield over the light. These two imperfections still aren't enough to justify me packaging it back up to return it....yet. If I begin to encounter issues with the pump stem working itself out of the pump body I probably would. Overall, I enjoy the effect of this unit. The fountain does indeed have a pleasant sound and visual impact in my office. As long as you're OK with the slight imperfections, I would recommend this product.
