My old couch needed to be replaced and I bought this one on a whim and am so glad I did! I love it! It is a beautiful shade of green that is darker than the picture. Couch is the prefect size and surprisingly comfortable. My husband and I along with our 4 kitties can nap on it no problem. The couch is big but more compact than I imagined which is fine. It's also very easy to put together. I had an issue with one of the legs but when I reached out to the seller they sent out a replacement that I received in a few days. So first of all- I did not order an emerald green couch. I ordered a light teal couch, similar to the color of the flowers in the last picture (but even that color is a bit darker than what I ordered). No where AT ALL close to the same color. I was INFURIATED when I opened the box up and saw the color. Thankfully emerald green is one of my favorite colors, so I kept it. I also didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning three large and heavy boxes, which all came in one day. It came with these two rod pieces to connect the three pieces, which didn’t work for crap so I ended up having to buy things to secure it myself. Second of all- the quality. Not great for a main household couch. Good for maybe a teenagers room, or something. The armrests do not stay up and then you’re laying on the Velcro. It is comfortable to lay on, however the two leg rests on the sides are pretty short, so my legs hang off if I’m sitting on it that way. The backrest is just that? A back rest. Your head hits the wall as the back is very short. Needs pillows for extra back support bc there isn’t any, it’s just flat. THE ONLY reason I’m giving it three stars is bc the material is absolutely amazing. ... show more

This may be a long review, but after owning this couch for some time, I want to give as detailed a picture as possible! Assembly: I put this couch together by myself in about an hour. The process was fairly simple. All the parts for each section are stored neatly in the underside of that section, which is convenient. The only tricky part was pulling the bags of cushions out because they fit snugly, but otherwise, assembly was straightforward. Compared to most at-home build items, this was a breeze. Comfort: I find this couch very comfortable. For about six months, I worked from home without any other seating option, so I’ve spent plenty of time on it. The cushions are essentially plush pillows, and I have no complaints about them. Height: My husband and I are perfectly fine with the height, but I can see why some might not be. It’s compact and sits lower to the ground, which might not appeal to those who like to really lean back into their couches. A friend of ours, for example, doesn’t enjoy it because the back cushions are quite low, so it’s not ideal for leaning. However, my husband and I tend to sit more upright, resting lightly against the back, so it works great for us. For reference, I’m 5’10”, and I find it perfectly comfortable, but I think it comes down to posture preferences. It also fits seamlessly with the rest of our furniture, like our short coffee table, which helps it feel cohesive in our space. Sliding: The reason I docked a star is the cushion sliding. There’s no raised edge to help keep the seat cushions in place, so after sitting for a while, they tend to shift. The back cushions, which are like pillows secured with velcro, can fold or shift when leaned on too much. There's a permanent fold in the backings we use most frequently that you can see in my photo. I end up straightening the couch after each use, which isn’t a dealbreaker but is a bit of a hassle. It’s mostly a cosmetic issue, but I think there could be a better design to keep the cushions in place. Color: The color is perfect! It looks exactly as pictured and has become a great statement piece in my home. Visitors often compliment the look of it. Value: I snagged this couch at a steep discount when the price was briefly slashed by nearly half. For the price I paid, it was an excellent purchase, especially on a tight budget. That said, I probably wouldn’t buy it at full price, but if you find it on sale, it’s a fantastic deal! Overall, after a year it's still holding up as good as ever and I am very happy with the purchase! ... show more

I was kinda hesitant after seeing the price and the other reviews, but this couch is insanely comfortable. Now that I’ve had it for a few days I realize that all the reviews I read that had negative things to say about this couch are so wrong. It’s cozy and soft and seats a bunch of people. I ♥️ It so much. I guess something to consider is it’s just me and my boyfriend and we entertain sometimes and all so it’s not like we got pets or kids jumping all over the couch or nothing. The back rest was the hardest part to assemble since it was kinda hard finding the holes, but it wasn’t as difficult as others have suggested. I assembled it all by myself and it took me roughly 2 hours. It also looks mad cute in our space. I really love this couch so much. ... show more

first off, if you want the color grey, know this, you’re not going to get grey. more greenish than grey. if you want to be able to sit on the couch and sink your body in and get comfortable, don’t expect that. cushion is not nearly the right size so your cushion will always hang out over the the bottom layer. want your couch to come without any rips or tears, don’t expect that from this couch. for me, the main part that gets me mad is the cushion popping out. everything else, i can live with. couch is a disaster, but hey, maybe it’s just mine. ... show more

couch was very big around 10 feet long looks great in my space. Took me and my girlfriend about an hour and a half to put together pretty simple. Instructions are straightforward. it has a nice velvet touch to it. it does ship in three separate boxes, which is a slight downfall. I did get my boxes each on separate days, but still only took five days for all three boxes to come in. overall would give this couch a 9/10 looks great easy to put together wish there was a slight bit more comfort, but for the price you can’t beat it, I would recommend. ... show more
