Couch was great for about 11 months then the frame on the chaise has broken and I can’t get anyone to assist me. I’ve been calling since March 27th and it’s May 9th now I also learned the extended warranty from Allstate I bought for $119 doesn’t exist anymore?? Where did my money go??? Now what Amazon??? I have a couch I can’t even sit on and I’ve called and spoken at length with 4 people I think??? No response No help No return calls I’m so disappointed in this whole thing but I’m not going to stop complaining until someone assists me and actually follows through and gets me some answers that will result in repairing or replacing the part that needs it. This couch initially was fine for the price but less than a year later and it’s all broke in multiple places, the pillows got flat within a few months. Definitely not worth the money we saved because now we’re still having to buy ANOTHER new “better” couch less than a year later.

I have a 3 because I actually like the sectional but...So I ordered the black set and it arrived today. As soon as I unboxed I noticed the 2 different colors and I don't have a way to contact the seller because they sent the wrong ottoman. So unfortunately I'm stuck with this and all Amazon could do was credit my account because me and the customer service rep both searched for an ottoman just like it but we couldn't find one. So my delivery was good thru UPS, but that could be because it was my regular guy that I love. He put it on the elevator for me. 4 boxes (3 couches, 1 ottoman). Basically easy to put together just make sure you know what side you want the chase on before you start setting up the sides and back. Sides and backs were not slide on, everything needed to be screwed in. Feet are plastic but seems sturdy. Cushions are firm which is the way I like them, anyone else may want to change the stuffing if you want something softer. I wish there was another set of feet in the middle of the couch and chase. Now I feel with any couch, if you stretch and constantly put force on the back, it may break, if this is you, I would put it against the wall. We only had this couch for 2 weeks before it broke while 3 people were simply just sitting on it. If this couch can’t hold 3 people like it should, then it’s not a good couch.

This couch would have been easier to build if the instructions had word but at the same time I wouldn’t get it again but it’s like breakin apart kinda. The material is thin not fluffy ion like it like that.

The media could not be loaded. The item is beautiful and comfortable. My only issue was one of the foot on the ottoman not screwing in and they are asking me to return the entire sofa for that after I already set up everything. Called and asked for assistance and two of Amazon’s supervisor hung up on me. Poor customer service from Amazon reps. Very disappointed with the service ... show more
