First off my package wasn't delivered to my address (not seller fault). I contacted seller and they checked into it. After about a week my neighbor came by and said that she had it because I wasn't home and she didn't want anyone to take it. Then after that I get the package and didn't have all the parts. I wasn't notified that this would come in two different shipments (definitely sellers fault) Then after I finally get all parts and put it halfway together (weeks since I've ordered at this point) It's not even comfortable. It's super firm and just not comfortable. I'm very disappointed. Contacted seller to return seller agreed but the problem is I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. By the time I pay to ship a couch back It's really no point. It will cost way too much $. This has been a headache and definitely will not purchase anything else. ... show more

The couch looks somewhat decent once assembled and assembly was easy but the couch is less than a month old and Iโ€™m shopping for a new one already, incredibly uncomfortable and the couch cushions wear out very fast
