This joker is heavy as all heck, and let me tell ya... it's awesome. I love it, it's heavy duty, sturdy, I think it'll do really well in rough weather and it looks great. I'm using it as the shelter part of my bedroll for whenever I get to go stargazing and fishing again. It's part of the kit you can see in the photos, it shows ya just how massive of a bedroll it makes. I bought the 10x8, btw. Some would consider that overkill, but I'm just trying to make sure I have enough material to make whatever style of shelter I need given the weather situation I incur. Grommets seem really stout and strong, the fabric is just strong. I suggest coating it with Nikwax even though it's already been treated, but it's been sitting and folded for however long, that stuff may have rubbed off or whatever, so just coat it to be safer than sorry. ... show more

Perfectly 8 feet by 10 feet. Strong, durable fabric. Perfectly centered grommets and perfectly distanced apart. The stitching looks better than my current best tarp. This is impressive in more ways than I expected. Will be buying more.

The fabric is VERY impressive!!! I bought it for hen coop cover but hope they will make a 10x10 one for bushcrafting outings now! Its THAT good a fabric to reconsider a Spanish Bushcraft Oilskin tarp and just use one of these tarps. Ethically, those poly tarps just decompose-I felt so guilty after I found strands in my yard and even woven into bird nests in my trees. It is made in China, but at least they post the "finished size" whereas the US companies post the size of the fabric PRIOR to the folding and sewing, which is typically 6" LESS when folded and sewn. ... show more

Great product! It is water resistant, but any water pooling will quickly leak through. I bought it as a replacement gazebo canopy since I could not find a replacement for my old gazebo. It keeps the sun off us until I can get a new gazebo. This tarp is made very strong and sturdy.

This is a heavy, really well made tarpaulin. Stronger than I even imagined it would be. Good stitching around the edges with brass eyelets evenly spaced on all sides. I don't know if it's water resistant as I haven't exposed it to any water yet. Also not really sure what "weatherproof" actually means. It has many uses and I'm sure it will hold up well in all kinds of weather and it would last you a very long time. ... show more

It worked for my purpose. I recovered a bbq stand that the top rotted, from the weather. It worked great, looks nice and it was better than the cover that came with it . Totally worth the price. I sprayed it with a waterproofing spray and it held up in the heavy rain perfectly. Thanks
