I bought this dresser for my son’s room and it’s perfect. I originally wanted to buy a dresser from Crate & Barrel Kids but I couldn’t justify the $1200 price tag. I decided to look on Amazon and saw this similar looking dresser for 1/4th of the price. The dresser is sturdy and made with real wood with a white wash. There are four legs with an optional fifth leg to go in the middle of the dresser if you plan on having more than 50 lbs load. The back of the dresser and the bottom of the drawers are compressed wood but it’s not flimsy. The drawers open and close smoothly. I was worried that the drawers wouldn’t open up all the way based on other comments. However, they actually pull out a decent amount. It took approximately 2-3 hours to put together but the instructions were clear and made it easy to put together. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s actually a very nice piece of furniture that I can foresee us using a long time. Can’t wait to see it in the finished nursery. Another note - DaVinci is made by Million Dollar Baby, the same company that makes higher end brands like Babyletto. ... show more

The delivery was excellent, the packaging was perfect. Everything arrived in one piece and not one scratch on anything. The directions were very easy to follow and it was very simple to assemble. I read a lot of complains about the drawers so I was hesitant to buy it, however after putting it together myself if the drawers are messed up, it’s your fault. You just have to be very careful and check everything is aligned before screwing the screws in. I did find it much easier and faster to use a drill instead of a screwdriver when it came to drilling in the nails for the drawers only. The dresser is extremely sturdy and quite heavy. The drawers slide out nice and easy. I am 18 weeks pregnant and did this on my own in about an hour. The color is beautiful and it’s perfect for a nursery. The drawers are on the smaller side they hold a decent amount but they are not deep however they are perfect for a baby or child. I would definitely buy this dresser again and recommend to anyone. ... show more

    • Not worth the money at all.
Our dresser has multiple visible scratches (and is easily scratched) and has multiple warped areas where the paint is chipped or faded. Ultimately, it is cheap quality for the price you pay. It is made of cheap material, and it leaves paint marks on the hard floor. My husband (who is very handy) even said it was a pain to put together. If it weren't such a pain to return it and we didn't have a baby coming here soon, I would return it without question. Do not buy this product. ... show more
