We bought this over a year ago to protect a car. We get a lot of strong winds here in Ohio. Every time the winds kicked up I was worried it was going to go airborne because it sits on gravel. The spikes don't hold it down. So, my husband went and got 6 inexpensive dog stakes and the long orange belts for tethering things down. He screwed the stakes in the ground (3 on each side in between the side legs) and tethered the stake to the frame that's parallel to the ground. I don't worry about it anymore. We love the tent, also used it for a garage sale, so handy. Definitely recommend.

This tent is not what I hoped for when I purchased it. Putting the frame together was great, it was easy and the parts went together with no real issues. A few poles I had to dig out the snaps from inside the pole to make them come out the holes as they were supposed to be, but no problem. The real issue is the cover itself. The corners of the sides are velcro...why? Should have been at least a zipper, the velcro doesn't stay together. The sides are also held together by these little bungees through some holes along the top and sides. The sides also don't reach the ground so there is a space if you want to use this for storage, don't. I barely got a light gust of wind and the hook that holds the sides down, ripped right out of the tent sides. They also give some plastic anchors to screw into the ground...plastic! Really how cheap of them, they do not work at all, one pebble in the ground and they will break or just not work, complete garbage. I wish I could return it, but I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to get it back in the box and then bring it for a return. So I am stuck, it'll have to work until I get something more permanent.

Purchased this structure at last minute, luckily it arrived on time, when they told me it would. It is a good structure. And I have had alot of these that are just crap, cheap metal poles, attachments crap. This one is good solid poles, sturdy pvc walls/roof, good attachments, etc. I like that it has windows to look out of as we used it for a drum tent with a powwow drum and 10 drummers. If you know what your doing it goes up easy. I always by and put hurricane straps on these things with rebar tent posts. Its a great rpice as these things have been climbing up in price over the last 3-4 years. Use to be able to get them at costco for $180, gone are those days

This canopy serves the purpose on a tight budget. It's really a glorified tarp - it looks the "Others" in the comparison picture. But again, serves the purpose. My daughter and her husband put it together in a couple of hours and learned a couple of things: Don't attach one side of the roof, and then the other side - do it like lug nuts. A couple on each side at a time. Otherwise, you won't be able to pull the roof down on the other side and get the middle to line up. The window flaps on the sides that you roll up and secure should be on the outside, not the inside. The aluminum stakes are worthless on hard ground or gravel. We'll have to buy more substantial stakes that we can sledgehammer into the ground. All in all, it keeps the leaves off the truck. Mission accomplished.

When I contacted Lucky Star Patio, they asked for pictures of the ripped canopy and sent me another one right away. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Amazon. After erecting in back yard, next day a light wind occurred for about 30 minutes, which I checked weather app showed it was 15 mph. 2 poles buckled in light wind. Those 2 poles that buckled slightly tore the green tarp and we saw it happen. Very disappointing. Then in order to return, instructions say to send back in SAME box received. But box was discarded & trash picked up already. Thats hard part of returning it. So many different pieces and odd shapes to repackage & find same size box. Otherwise, looked great assembled. Be sure NO wind in your area/not sturdy/strong poles Ive had small beach tents by ocean wind stand up several days on vacations with no problem of the light poles.

The media could not be loaded. Easy set up - but need at least (2) people to do easily. Other than that, it's everything I wanted. Stores everything at our seasonal camper. If it rains, we just pop our chairs inside quickly & easily. Store our firewood inside along with kayaks, extra tables, everything miscellaneous. Love that it opens on both sides. Love that it has windows to see through if you want but can velcro close as you desire. We purchased the 10 x 20. It's PERFECT for us. Very sturdy. Stands up on high winds & rain. Great outdoor protection!
