These CAROTE baking sheets turned out to be far better than expected. The set includes three useful sizes (13", 15", and 17"), which makes it easy to handle everything from small batches of cookies to larger roasting or baking jobs. Having multiple sizes available is very convenient for everyday cooking. The first thing that stands out is the **rigidity of the pans**. They feel very solid and well constructed. Unlike many thinner baking sheets that flex, pop, or warp when heated, these remain stable in the oven and hold their shape well during use. The **nonstick coating** works effectively and makes cleanup simple. Food releases easily and the pans wipe clean without much effort. The coating also appears similar to the nonstick surface used on CAROTE cookware, which adds to the overall quality feel. Another nice detail is the **deep olive green finish**, which adds a bit of color and style compared to standard plain metal baking sheets. They look good in the kitchen while still being very practical for daily use. Considering the quality and the three-piece set, the price represents **excellent value**. The variety of sizes makes it a great value it does not work very easy to use and clean absolutely love the..Update, My new favorite way to cook bacon is in the oven at 350° on the smallest tray and it works beautifully. It also makes it very easy to save bacon grease for cooking and pours out quite well into a container I keep in my freezer. ... show more

These are HEFTY. They’re SOLID. I love that they’re basically matte in shade. They don’t warp, and they’re stable in the oven. They clean really easily too. I love the texture on the bottoms of them.

These baking sheets are great for the most part. They’re easy to clean, food doesn’t stick to them easily, and so far they haven’t scratched or warped. My only warning is this: I recommend and washing and drying them thoroughly. The tiny crevice at the lip around the outer edge holds onto water stubbornly, and gets rusty very fast. They have gotten rusty water on the inside of my dishwasher because of this, and it’s difficult to get the rust out of the crevice once it’s started. But I imagine it can be avoided with proper care. ... show more
