The first thing that struck me on this scooter was how *fast* it goes! I was actually surprised at the power that it has, even just on the first speed level. This thing really zips! When this arrived, it came incredibly well packaged with loads of padding and even a wooden frame inside of the box for extra support. Pulling it out, it was further secured with foam padding blocks and everything being securely zip-tied together. Assembly for this machine was a breeze! I have assembled several electric vehicles, and this was the easiest by far. I did not even need the manual for the majority of it. The information in the manual is written clearly and concisely, and thoroughly details all that one would need to know. The scooter also came with a very quality tool kit so that one would not need to dig up a single tool to put this together. And the tools are not of the cheap and flimsy sort that usually come with these kits but are actually sturdy and solid and will probably last the life of the scooter. Another thing noted was the nice wide and roomy base for standing on. This felt very sturdy while riding, and the low profile also lends for a lot of stability, in such that I would absolutely not be worried in taking this on some fairly rugged trails. It also has a wide range of adjustability to the seat and handlebars and worked well for my petite 5' frame but would easily accommodate someone over 6' just as well. It also has some fun extras that are very appreciated, like a neat little bell, and best of all a decently sized basket attached to the back. This would be just perfect for zipping up to the market or running some errands around town. The front headlamp is nice and bright, and it comes with several reflectors for added safety. It has a variety of functions on the control panel that will keep track of your overall miles, miles for a specific trip, voltage rating and a timer. And to top it all off, this folds up nicely for easy transport. Toss it in the trunk and take it along for some great adventures! This is such a neat machine! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a fun and affordable way to commute to and from work, run errands, or just zip around out on the trails!

Shipping - Lightning fast, got it within 48 hours of ordering. Packaging - packed incredibly well, nothing moving around inside, no scratches or anything on any part of the scooter. Assembly - the scooter comes 90% assembled, all you have to do is put the kickstand, seat, basket, and handlebars on. Less than 15 minutes total. Also includes an entire tool kit with wrenches, screwdriver, Allen keys, and zip ties. Literally everything you need to assemble and maintain. Build Quality - very solid. Not flimsy at all, comparable to other scooters twice the price. Easily adjustable to suit riding position. The fun part - riding this thing is a blast! Smooth power delivery, much better than others I have tried. It feels very balanced. I like how you can adjust the 3 speed settings on the fly. Good stability, feels just as good riding while seated or standing. Bright headlight and taillight for evening cruises. Overall - I love this thing and will try to convince my wife to get a matching one to ride together. It is super simple to use and you just can't beat the value compared to others twice the price. 10/10, would recommend.

Let me start of by talking about this bike’s speed, it’s FAST!! The quality of the bike is amazing, the seat is very comfortable as well. I love the three different gears so you can actually control the speed (up to 20mph). The lights are bright as any car’s so you can safely ride it at night and be easily seen. It goes up hills and the battery has a decent charge! I usually don’t post reviews but this one deserves it. If you’re in the market for an electric bike this is the one to get.

An amazing little scooter, fast, cool & fairly light too! But unfortunately the throttle cable broke after 31 days (out of Amazon warranty by 1 day!!). Thankfully they agreed to refund me.. Very disappointing there was no replacement scooter to offer me, the only option was a refund!

Very satisfied with this scooter. Was easy to assemble and the scooter is constructed well, no plastic on the frame, all metal. The basket on the back is a nice touch, as is the electronic speedometer. Charging is very simple and the scooter can get up to 20 mph, perfect for cruising around my local downtown. Tires are thick enough to withstand bumpy sidewalks and small potholes on the road. Overall a great value for the price if you’re looking for something smaller / easier to maintain than a moped!

I received my scooter and was really excited when I put it all together. It was very simple to do! Although after riding it the last 2 days upon receiving it, I noticed the LCD screen wasn’t showing me the speed. I came back to Amazon to review the product photos, and sure enough my LCD screen is completely different. I checked for customer reviews, and I see that many people have the LCD screen depicted in the ad photos, so I’m not sure what happened with my scooter. Will be returning it due to that reason only, other than that the bike is great!
