This is an E-Skateboard. It is sturdy and fun to ride. It has a rough surface to keep your feet from sliding around on the Board. The skateboard has a cut out handle for easy carrying. The remote is easy to operate while riding. The wheels grip well. There is a multi-tool for adjustments if needed.

The media could not be loaded. I've been skating my whole life and have always thought that it would be awesome to have a skateboard that powered itself. When I was younger no such thing existed. I was at a local park one day when I saw someone riding a skateboard but they weren't powering it with their feet. Imagine my surprise when I went home and looked up electric skateboards. My mind was blown. There were so many options. Some of them were really expensive. I decided to try my luck on a "value" option and hoped to get just a simple toy. I bought this Caroma skateboard and what I received blew me away. This thing is awesome! It's super simple to use. In my video you can see how easy it is to turn it on, and cycle through the three different speed options. The way that it intelligently brakes also saves you from abrupt stops. I took it out today and went about 5 miles on it and it still had battery left to go more. The deck is high quality. The trucks and wheels can be easily tuned using the provided multitool. I like my trucks tight so the first thing I did was tighten them up a bit. It took me about a minute to dial it in, and then I was ready to go. I also love that it has an integrated carrying handle, making it easy to pick up and walk inside a business or to store it somewhere. I bought this hoping to get a couple hours of amusement but this thing is built to last. I can't wait to get out and ride it some more. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Came complete with battery charged. Controls are easy to use and board has a smooth ride. It turns well right out of the box, not stiff at all. Ive only taken it out a couple times but seems to be a good beginner board. I think I exceed the weight limit but it held up well. Im not sure about the range, it only made it about 3 miles but again, I am over the recommended weight by about 10kg If you are looking for a board to racing your friends, this is probably not for you but it will be good for cruising around campus and still fun to ride. ... show more

The longboard is easy to control and rides over bumpy terrain really smooth hitting top speeds of 11-15mph on flat ground, sadly the boards battery is only great for local commuting and cruising for its short battery life but its still very fun to ride and i recommend it to anyone whose looking for a electric skateboard to ride around on, especially going to school. ... show more

I'm 37. This skateboard made me feel like a kid again. Please be aware that this particular model I would classify as dangerous if you are not aware how to ride a skateboard. This electric skateboard is "VERY FAST" and accelerates quickly and goes faster then you can run. But it is very fun. This board is for adults only that are athletic. I’m ordering a replacement board, but I would stay away from this until my follow-up review. I’ve had this board for maybe 72 hours and each time I use it somehow the battery will shut off even with a full charge while I’m skating and that’s super dangerous. The board came a week after I ordered it which is pretty fast delivery. I'm a big guy 6' 240lbs and the board gets 7 miles range max if I walk it up hills. I work 2 miles away from where I live. Mostly downhill on the way to work and small hills on the way home. The battery lasts just long enough to get home from work if I ride nonstop. So 2 miles with very slight hills on high speed if you're 200 pounds or above is what you should expect. Hopefully you get better range than that! The seller meevrie is an amazing storefront on Amazon though so if you do buy this board buy it from them. Also if you weigh less than 150lbs this board is perfect! ... show more
