this skateboard was only charged 1x and now will not take a charge and will not turn back on. horrible company to purchase from as they will not replace it

This TEXXIS Mini Electric Skateboard with Remote, E- Skateboard 350W Motor, Max Speed 20km/h is a great little e-sk8 to cruise around on. With a 350W motor this won't be going up any inclines, and it certainly won't win any races, but what it offers is a smooth power delivery that won't fling you off like an angry bull. An issue that has become a recurring headache is the wheel that modulates the throttle control keeps popping out of the poorly designed "catch" for it inside of the remote control, what this means is that the wheel will just pop out of place at random times and will need to be fixed before you can use it again. Still haven't found a permanent solution to this issue, but will update this if I find one. Overall, this is a great cruiser board to just hop on and just chill while you ride. The limitations here are that you won't be using this to traverse any inclines, ever, and that the remote control isn't very good and will require frequent fixes just to use it. 4/5 stars.
