So far so good. After having a bad experience with a previous scooter that died shortly after purchase this one seems to be ok. The only thing I don’t like is how large and heavy it is. The first thing I noticed is how fat the steering pole is. I was looking for something a little smaller but at least it works. This scooter is amazing! Its fast safe and very strong. Breaks works incredibly well. All features works! I’m in love with this scooter. Just a detail. The only way you can change modes, is by using the app. If you cannot change the mode on your phone, the last mode you used, is going to be recorded until you are able to change it using the app. I had a great experience with the seller and manufacturer. Took 5 minutes to put the Handel's on. It had lighting charging so it fully charged on 3 and half hours. When we got it we rode it till it died then we put it on the charge and let it fully charge before we took it off the charge. I got it for my 13yr old daughter ( she weight 100lbs) but everyone including me ( 135) enjoy riding it. My dad has rode it and it was just the same with me on it. It goes super fast and has 3 setting and I love that. I WILL BUY ME ONE so we can ride together. THANK YOU! ... show more

I can't say that I dislike much about this scooter, I had one prior to this that I paid $700 for and the wheel hub bent within a week or two and I had no ideal how it happened. So I returned it and brought this one, and I am so happy with it. I have to carry it up a flight of stairs which can be challenging, but because it's light weight that helps a lot. I would say this item is definitely worth the price! I give it 5 stars because it has been a good experience for me. ... show more

This scooter is DURABLE, and is a hunk of metal and a great way to check if your ankles are still attached. It goes as fast as it's listed (20mph) on flat land/slight inclines/downhill. But does not have a lot of "horsepower" to push itself up to 20mph once you meet a big uphill. There are 3 settings which I'm assuming some reviews might not have realized. There's a white mode, orange mode, and red mode all correlating to the scooter's speed and battery drainage. So if you want to go 20mph, you have to be in red mode. Battery life is great. One charge can get me 4-5 days of life out of the scooter before it needs to recharge. ... show more
