The media could not be loaded. Being an avid skateboarder in the 80s & 90s in Southern California we know our skateboards better than anyone. I've always wanted to try an electric skateboard and now I have. The coolest thing about this board is it came fully assembled and even had 85% charge to it. It has (3) speed modes = Low, for beginner young skateboarders Medium, for intermediate boarders and High, for more advanced skateboarders who like to commute to work/school (up to an 8-mile range). My favorite aspect is the technology that allows this skateboard to have a brake system which allows it to slow down the board to a complete stop. Learning to ride at 66 many spills got pads and helmet also. Take time to develop slow is better unless you are experienced. Everything charged controller works fine. Happy with purchase.

    • Easily Breaks
The first time I got one it’s was so much fun and fast but after 2 weeks it broke. So I ordered a new one that also broke in 3 weeks these are so bad and overtime will break. I don’t recommend buying this it is a waste of money, there are many other electric skateboards that are a lot more durable

I was a little skeptic on getting this BUT I'm so glad I did. If you're looking for a fun and new hobby to pick up during quarantine, this one is a blast! Once you find your balance and groove you are good to go within a few minutes. I have been using this all winter and now going into spring, my excitement only grows. The battery pack underneath the skateboard can get wet when riding over puddles which so far has been fine for me, but I suggest and advise you keep your board dry and wrap it in a towel after every use! The remote comes with a low medium high speed switch, you can feel the change in torque when you're riding. Speed is perfect for cruising the neighborhood and parks, 12 mph is accurate when on high speed. I weigh 215 and this still carries me very well. The only downfall is, I wish there was more battery power in the remote! When the remote and board are both fully charged, the remote will die faster than the board. The battery power in the remote shifts when changing medium to high speed. I keep the speed on high and can get about 30 mins of ride time before I have to switch to medium to conserve battery. Overall, I love it. I look forward to charging my board every day - about 2 hours of charge time or less for full battery. I now ride twice a day for an hour/hour half! Also the board comes with attachable lights which are optional for your board. Hope this helps! ... show more

I saw a few eh post about this board so i thought after a bit then I will post and honest review and we’ll it’s alr tbh but after like 5 or 6 months later it began to have some small issues like I would be going on medium but it would start slowing a little the all of a sudden going fast which was alr since I had been riding it for some time( and yes the bord and remote was charged) but still was a bit confused on why it was doing that since it never did before but that’s alr for me but one thing that I really didn’t like about this was the remote it felt very cheap quality so I was a bit taken aback but I didn’t care that much but then the speed control would get stuck on brake and speed sometimes and would be hard to switch in between which was a safety concern and I even had a few instances were a car would be coming my way and I wouldn’t be able to stop so I would have to jump off but then my board would just crash and get chipped which didn’t really look good. Over all . Safe 🫡 not really . Easy to ride 🙃 gotta practice a little while holding something but yea sure . Quality 😶 remote horrible but u can buy a new one which is like 21$ the board is alr but the wheels could have been better designed so it’s meh . For beginners😵 HECK NO but if u do decide to get this as a beginner than make sure to wear a helmet and some knee and elbow pads. . Worth the money🫤 sure but no bec when I got it it was like 289$ which with tax added about to 300$ So I would expect the quality to be a bit better and wouldn’t expect it to have problems in less than a year sooooo…….
