When I bought a new, used pickup, my son in law told me a cover is a must. I agree. He advised I get a metal one. I totally agree that metal is much, much better than the flimsy soft covers. I’ve had one of them. A waste. My 17 yo grandson installed it, all by himself. He said it went on easy. It took him about 30 minutes. I looked out the window and he had the box open and was standing in the bed reading the instructions. I was watching the news. Next thing I knew he said the job was complete it was a snap. BTW, my son in law removes his every few minutes so he can carry something big. He said other than the weight of it it’s a snap.
